Early birthday dinner. We had reservations but noticed empty chairs at the bar, so we told the hostess we'd prefer to sit at the bar. Best decision! Nicky at the barcwas incredible. She was slammed and still personally stuffed the olives with blue cheese for our martinis. She guided us through the menu and helped us pick the best appetizers and entrees. Excellent steak! Their menu is fantastic and offers a wide selection. Shelby is fortunate to have this dining experience. Nothing on the boulevard or any of the local golf courses even slightly compares! Don't get "taken in" by another fly by night chain restaurant either! The quality and atmosphere of this restaurant are unparalleled and unsurpassed in Cleveland County! The value is exceptional!
Dinner was amazing! Guitar soloist entertained the lovely bistro. The pistachio encrusted halibut was delicious. I had them substitute rice for mixed vegetables. The portion was generous! We also had the strip with green beans and whipped potatoes. Best meal we have had in Shelby in sometime. The atmosphere was busting but not overcrowded. Will go back more often!
