Food was absolutely marvelous. I think it was the best grilled cheese sandwich I have ever eaten, and I have eaten a lot of them. The chicken and dumplings were superb. My waiter, Nathan, was very attentive and friendly. A very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back.

Food is decent, the atmosphere is very cute and they have a bakery and ice cream in the shop. Definitely a worthy place to each lunch if you're out and about uptown

I spent a lot of money at this restaurant last summer and fall. However, the last 3 or 4 times they couldn't seem to get my orders right. I always leave a 25% or better tip, yet something is either missing or wrong with my orders. So I thought I would give them anorher try today and low and behold they forget my chicken tenders. And I ask the young man when I picked up my order if he was sure it was correct. You guys need to do better. I realize mistakes will be made were all human. But consistently making the same mistakes is unacceptable. Especially in customer service.

We actually live in Douglasville Georgia but found Pfieffers when we come to Shelby to visit family. We absolutely love it and Friday lunch is our first stop. My husband loves th Reuben and I love the cranberry chicken salad. I kidded our daughter that we couldn’t come out the week after Christmas because you are closed that week.

One of my favorite places to eat since I moved to Shelby some months ago. Burgers are fantastic--probably as good as you can get locally. Parking is hit or miss, but there are a few places within a block or so, but nothing that is prohibitive. Have eaten here or gotten take out 3 or 4 times, and the food is always good.

There are lots of good lunch choices. I had the chicken taco salad. It was very good. Loaded with greens, chicken, and salsa as dressing. My friend had the cold lunch plate. She had a huge scoop of chicken salad, and 2 sides. She chose fresh fruit. She said it was wonderful. They were friendly and service quick.
