The food is excellent at this small downtown restaurant. It provides a quaint atmosphere, small town southern charm that you would expect. Don't expect to be in a hurry. The food arrives timely, but the service is slow. The bakery is a MUST TRY.

What an adorable find! Got the cranberry pecan chicken salad plate - excellent (the egg tasted a little weird though). Hubby got The Rachel on sourdough w seasoned fries. Very good. I got a croissant and it would've been nice warmed or toasted - was cold.
A cute gift shop and bakery is part of it too. Everything looked amazing and fresh. Two separate seating areas as well as outside. Great service and nice decor.

Perfect road trip stop for us. Everything was great. Several burger fans. The chocolate cake was better than we even thought it would be. We had 6 guests and sat outside to not wait for tables to put together

I really love Pfeiffers! The cranberry chicken salad is amazing and the fried okra is a perfect match. I do wish they worked with Door Dash for delivery, but it’s not too hard to call in and pick up myself. It’s worth it!

My friend & I chose this place after our Earl Scruggs Center visit. The taco salad was good but I wish it had more greens. On the other hand, I fell in love with their key lime pie, note I don't like key lime pie. I am also loving the strawberry cake & the pecan pie cake. I suggest visiting their quaint bakery next door. Service person was also friendly & accommodating. Thanks for the experience

Food was absolutely marvelous. I think it was the best grilled cheese sandwich I have ever eaten, and I have eaten a lot of them. The chicken and dumplings were superb. My waiter, Nathan, was very attentive and friendly. A very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back.
