First off let me start by saying staff was amazing and very nice and accommodating. Service in itself was 10/10. But the pizza wasnt that great. A little disappointed. No sauce on pizzas and salad bar wasn’t the best as well I don’t know if it was just an off day for the food but staff there was great.

Pizza inn is GOOD! I haven’t had it in years I went for the first time in forever and I can’t stop going back! Just ate in yesterday and I’m going back today to get me a pizza and a salad. If they don’t have what you want they will always always always do whatever it is you request. You can get your own pizza box and fill it up with whatever from the bar or you can order and pick up either way it’s GOOD!

Absolutely disgusting, The best thing they had was cold drinks. The spaghetti sauce was sour and made me gag. The pizza was not warm and was simply gross. I even gave it a second chance and tried a fresh slice “also gross” Frozen red barron pizza is way better than this joke of a pizza place. The chicken noodle soup was ok. The place is extremely dark. “Very bad lighting” I don’t understand how people can say this place is good… We will never be back. 🤢 I paid $26 for two bowls of chicken noodle soup and pickles 🙄🥴

This place is horrific. The staff just gossip in the kitchen and don't do much. There was barely any pizza the entire time we were there. The salad bar is absolutely nasty. All the vegetables are old and slimy. Even when they poured more lettuce in, straight from the bag, it was already brown and warm. The entire restaurant is filthy and sticky. The bathrooms look like they've never been cleaned. I gave this place 3 chances and it's been the same every time. Definitely won't be going back. If I was the owner, I'd be embarrassed to put my face on those commercials.

Hear me out… if you don’t mind a mess, hairy pizza, paper towels brought to you from the bathroom, and no pizza on the buffet this is your kind of place! There were customers taking pictures of the crew and buffet to show the lack of care at this establishment. There were two employees busting ass to try to take care of everything the taller guy in the back, and the shorter woman up front. Everyone else needs fired now! What a shame, only been twice and won’t go back now. Tons of people left upset.

If you go at dinner time almost every day of the week it is going to be crowded all the way until about 3:00 p.m.. Sometimes they will get behind at making pizzas yet they usually get caught up in a short while. Very family friendly race friendly etc it is located on a main highway which is highway 74 but it is called Dixon boulevard because it is in Shelby. It is a very clean restaurant , the staff is always excellent. And their sweet tea is fantastic. #pizza #restaurant #northcarolina #nc #travel #traveling #vacation #2025
