Patiently waited in drive thru. Noone greeted me until I said hello. She told me to hold on so I waited a few minutes. I asked again how long would the wait be. Only one car was in line before me & it had left. She proceeded to tell me there was 2 more orders ahead of me & it would be about 20 more minutes! I will not be back!! It's always bad service. Very seldom get good service at this location.

Absolute idiots. Worse experience ever. Paid 44.00 to be shorted on my food and when I called no one picks up the phone. They must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees. Save time and money and go somewhere else because apparently these employees can not read or follow basic instructions.

Ik they have complications from the storm but for almost $15 for a combo...5 pc tenders and they are so thin and small....definitely not worth the price

First off, I’ve only ever wrote 3 Google reviews in my life, so you know I mean business. My fiancé and I came to this location for a late night meal after hiking in Asheville. This was our 2nd time at this location and we have been blown away each time. Immediately, we were greeted by the staff inside and the lobby was impeccably clean. The woman who took our order (I think a manger? Wearing a gray uniform) was extremely warm and friendly! We felt very welcomed, whereas at many fast food restaurants late at night we almost always get the vibe the workers don’t want us there. Our food came quickly and was exactly what we wanted. They were happy to make our blackened chicken tenders to order, which we have been denied at other locations in the past. 5 stars!!!

Ordered spicy breast and wings, one " breast"was a thigh , not spicy at all, no taste. Stick with Chick-fil-A. Waited for Popeyes to come to town, then this shows up. Update June 2024 : new manager getting this location on track. Order correct and tasty. Wife and husband team, hope they stay. Nothing better than Popeye's when done correctly.
