I stopped by Popeyes tonight to grab something quick to eat after a long day at work. The experience at this Popeyes was one of the greatest I have ever had. The GM Tiffany has a personality that just brightens up someone’s day and she is just a pleasant person all around. Loved the food and loved the amazing customer service.

This place is a joke. Surprised they haven’t shut it down for a second time. Went thru the drive thru, sat there in awkward silence for probably 5mins before someone took my order. Got to the window and she took my money and said to pull around and they would bring my food out. Pretty hard to “pull around” when there’s already 3 cars pulled around. One woman went in and got her refund and left. Apparently I was too dumb and hungry to do so. She finally came out after what seemed to be an eternity and had two sandwiches instead of my one and no drink. Finally got my food and left. And then to pay over $10 for a chicken sandwich and small fries and drink. Should have went to chick fil a!

Mediocre service with a mediocre staff who does not care one bit about the job they're doing. They have posted opening times but when you go in there they tell you they're not prepared yet. Either they're lying, racist or need to be fired for their poor non-existent job skills. Franklin is one of the worst areas to eat around and this place is a prime example of an establishment who employs whomever because they do not care about their customer base in that area. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Came in to find they had no chicken. Had to drop it no problem waited 30 minutes. Chicken came in 9 small boxes on a 20 piece. Two big bags got home not any biscuits. $65 come on gave you plenty of time to get that right. I live 45 min away. Won’t return!!!
