Sept 24th, Food very bad, service... learn English and act like you love your customers, I did a drive thru and they wanted a tip... really? One dish of General Tso (a lunch serving) for $17.99 which included a card fee...? Never again !

Expensive lunch - $17 (Spicy chicken entree with fried rice, one shrimp sauce, and large tea)
Spicy chicken (sauce in the chicken is thinner than it used to be with less taste- maybe ten small pieces of chicken; Fried rice is hard and seems to be old or reheated - nothing but very little egg and onion in the fried rice (used to have a little vegetable in it), but there is a LOT of rice (fills the container) - Shrimp sauce seems to be watered down with less taste. This has been a long-time favorite in Shelby with excellent food, but I want them to notice that customers may be noticing a decline in quality. Nothing special anymore!!! Staff are pleasant.

This is a perfect little restaurant. If you love Japanese food, this is the one to come to! I stopped in for lunch break today and very reasonably priced. I am still kinda new to the area, but I could very easily say this one is Tops and ill be going back ?

Man the food is awesome good price. Been there 3 times from Morganton North Carolina and each was served well awesome food and the atmosphere is relaxing and nicely decorated. One of the workers there came over and spoke to me and was a really nice man. Will be back thanks

My very first time in Red Wok Express :) Bruno and his team were very friendly, service was fast and the chicken and rice were tasty. If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend that you should.
We orders pot stickers & steak & shrimp & shrimp & broccoli, it was so delicious we will be back for more!!!

i got the teriyaki chicken and it’s absolutely amazing! everything comes out hot and fresh and full of flavor! i crave red wok all the time! the customer service is always excellent and everyone is so nice and welcoming! 100% recommend! definitely a hidden gem
