Bought take out in delivery for me and my family, ordered around 5 foods and a dessert. Only got back two foods and then chicken nuggets and fries that we didn’t even order, didn’t receive my mothers and brothers food and the dessert as an early gift for his birthday. What a disappointment. Made a complain and didn’t even receive all of the money back.

One of the best places to eat in Shelby!!! The salad bar is amazing, offering so many different options and always so fresh. My son and I eat here at least twice weekly and the food is always great and the service is impeccable! Alexis is the absolute best server ever, always so friendly and efficient and gives good recommendations on the menu items. The other servers are great as well, we have never had bad service. If you're looking for a place with a cozy atmosphere, great food and amazing service, you can't beat this restaurant.
Vegetarian options: Salad bar is the best around!
Kid-friendliness: Very family oriented place with great servers.
It took over forty minutes to have food 9brought to the table. Mushroom Swiss burger had no mushrooms on it. From the time we arrived until we left, nearby tables were not cleared even though multiple staff had plenty of time to socialize. Our waitress, Rebecca J., was good but she seemed to be the only one working.

We haven’t been out to Ruby Tuesday’s in a while. The economy was bad and prices so high but we wanted to take the grandkids out. We had a blast. Our server Alexis was awesome and the the kids liked everything!

The reason for the 3 stars are for the food the kitchen staff must be the best asset this restaurant has as the 5 female servers out front were completely overwhelmed and rude my husband and I visited the Shelby NC restaurant and the ladies out front were standing around complaining about their jobs and little tips they had received while being totally against health regulations touching each other hair and people plates I was appalled and nervous for there other guests there is definitely a problem when you have 5 servers on one shift all complaining about customers in front of other customers find new help
