I only had a problem with a guy named Bobby that has a problem with everyone that was cussing everyone that worked here and was rude to everyone else. Hopefully they dealt with the problem and I talked to the manager on duty and he understood what I was saying and said he He will deal with it. Overall this is the best Ruby Tuesday that I'm into. I gave the 100% on service and along with service.

The food was absolutely amazing. Nothing wrong with it. My steak was cooked just like I wanted it the waiter though she was very All over the place left us without drink and Silverware. Extremely poor customer service It was like she was too busy talking with other people to want to come over and check on us. We went 30 minutes with nothing from a waiter The atmosphere was OK. It was very black because of the giggling and laughing from the employees. The cussing, etc. I do recommend their food. It’s really good, but besides that I would make sure you get a better server.

Food was absolutely outstanding. Whoever the chef was on Saturday night April 6th was a food genius our food was so good and the chicken and steak and ribs were fall apart in your mouth so good. That guy needs a raise. You should be able to tip your cook. I only put 4 stars because our waitress was nice but she didn't really check on us or ask us about anything. We had to interrupt her doing something to ask for anything else which I feel bad for doing. She just had alot of running to do. She was the only one running around that day. Everyone else just sat there. So I understand she had alot on her plate. Which I still gave a good tip because she was running around. Other then that amazing

I would like to said that Leslie and Brittany and Katie are the only ones I would definitely recommend them with the best service and amazing customer service!!! Every time I go in there they always give me an outstanding customer service!!! The DM is always awesome and she is always amazing to her customers!!!Customer go see these amazing ladies that will give a 5 star rating customer service!!! I highly suggest you go to Ruby, Tuesday at Shelby, North Carolina!!!!

Burger wasn't any better than McDonald's greasy burgers and fries where just as salty would have probably been cheaper. Had to ask for napkins 3x and when paying via card reader didn't even finish paying card still in the reader and being asked by another waitress if she could have it.

SHOCKING HIGH PRICES for an average /moderate chain restaurant ill preparednew foods!When you dine out, it's an experience for several senses: visual appeal inside and out, as well taste and smell.The exterior was average at best, interior a whole different issue! We were seated in the bar at a small booth. I had the view of the kitchen and every single server & kitchen staffs personal belongings. There was a giant heap of bags, backpacks, and other items. I was able to watch setvers eating behind the bar, and female servers (or management, long hair free flowing) I noticed a couple reviews stating hair in food, and heard a guest there complaining of hair in their food. We ate there Sat past. No idea why a restaurant of this caliber would have such HIGH PRICES on "ok" food. Ruth Chris, they are not. Service was good. We weren't ignored. Salad bar was in desperate need of attention. It was mesdy and many items looked old (a film on the pasta & potato salad)Most of the options tasted exactly the same. Was so excited to see they had new menu items. So disappointed after trying them. Don't mind paying prices for "quality & well" prepaid food. This was neither. We had eaten at RT in the past, not this location. We've eaten at locations across the US & abroad, we travel. We tried 3 of the new items; calamari over cooked by 10 min it'ssupposed to be crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside it was like eating pretzel sticks, 1/2 rack baby back ribs very tender sauce was watery, fillet (very tender & flavorful, carrot cake dry, no bar drinks.Doubtful we will return.Vegetarian options: Salad bar & vegetables are abundantParking: Ample parking as it's located in the dilapidated Cleveland Mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors

My husband and I usually enjoy our visits at Ruby Tuesday, but going there today I had a different opinion. The waitress we were assigned seemed somewhat prejudice. I will not revisit this establishment again.
