If you’re going to replace a shake with stuff in it with vanilla you could let someone know or ask the driver if the customer would like a different one. Actually such a disappointment. I’ve had orders be wrong before but this was something else to me…. I was excited now I’m just kinda sad
Drive thru. I sat at speaker for 10 minutes before I was asked what I would like. I then sat at window another 10 mintuites for a $13.83 order. Brandon worked the window when I got my order I asked him if he could give me a refill on my drink. Which he did. I asked for refill as I drank my drink waiting on order. Brandon was nice and pleasant in refilling drink etc..
I get about 3 miles down the road and find out that the tater tots was missing. I had to turn around to go get what I had paid 14 bucks for and did not recieve.
When I get back and pull around to the window Brandon and another kid (Devin) was standing outside at the door at the window. This highly upset me that they put vaping and standing around outside of getting order correct. I pull up and said I want my tater tots I had ordered. I said this is ridiculous and the other kid (Devin) just laughed and kept on vaping on his pipe.
I asked what his name was and he said he didn't have one and laughed again.
Brandon got my tater tots and I asked him what was the kids name that laughed and showed no respect to me as a customer. Brandon said his name is Devin. I asked what his name was and he said Brandon.
I get down the road a few miles again and find the tater tots were completely cold.
I believe Devin was the cook. If so he must have cooked a big batch so he can stand around outside and vape.
This is completely unacceptable for this service, disrespect, and cold food that was a 14 dollar hamburger with cold tots.
I will warn all my friends to be cautious in ordering food from here.
I should have looked at the rating prior to going and see that it had a 3 star rating and it would have saved me 14 bucks. But never again. When i got down the road and found the tots cold, it was no use in turning around for it. With that it was blantely ment that Sonic does not care about its customers. I will take my money somewhere else.
I hope to speak to a manger one this, but with the 3 star rating shows they really dont care about improving and they know for the most part people will not go back if food is missing and then when they do get the missing food it is cold! I believe they count on people not returning when food is missing, increasing the profit margin even more.

I waited almost 20mins today on a mobile app order of 2 drinks. When I asked about it, I was told they couldn't make any drinks and to cancel my order on the app. I cant cancel it because they waited so long to tell me. So I am out that money, and no drinks. Staff were not friendly or helpful

They are a great place with drive up stalls, drive through, and online orders. The did is really good and it has a fair price. It has become my new favorite place. They always have specials online.

They didnt add chilli to the chilli tots. They didnt take off the lettuce tomatoes or pickles from our hamburgers.

This is not the place to go while on lunch, especially if you're in a hurry!
I sat there for 5 minutes before someone even came on the intercom and said to hold on, 5 minutes later they took my order (just a shake) and then sat at the window while they held my debit card inside after telling me they had to reboot their card systems. First off, you have to reboot? Fine, hand me my card. Very unprofessional and time consuming. Bad experience after bad experience for 6 years now. Never again.
First, let me start by saying the sweet lady who works out front is always amazing and she is the ONLY positive thing about this sonic! Girl, do yourself a favor and go get a job you deserve! With that being said the food is never remotely good. We've tried to eat here 3 times and each time.....YUCK.....and we love Sonic. Slushie melted, BLT was on rubber bread etc.

Horrible. All we ordered was two drinks on the app. We waited in the mobile pickup stall for about 20 minutes. No one ever brought anything out, the employees that were outside never said they it was drive thru only or anything, but we ended up going to the drive thru and asking the guy about it and he was very short with us. Not necessarily rude with tone, but he shut the window on us twice… even us just saying thank you. We weren’t rude, we just wanted our TWO drinks. Soda and Tea. Not hard to make, not hard to walk out to a vehicle parked 10ft from your door. The drive thru was going very quickly. I cannot comment on food since we didn’t get any, but I definitely do NOT recommend mobile ordering and using a stall.

My son was given a 10 dollar gift card as part of a birthday present and I got there he got what he wanted the total was a little over 11 dollars and once I got to the window was told they couldn't split payments and use the gift card for this order but would be more then happy to just use 20 dollar bill I handed them for the 1 dollar and change difference. I said absolutely not got my gift card and money back and left. I've never heard of not being able to use a gift card even if it doesn't cover the full amount. My son was extremely disappointed this would have been his first time having sonic.

This place has ants all over the concrete, we waited over 30 minutes for fast food and our cheese sticks came out burnt with no cheese, tater tots cold and no cheese on the cheese burger, they asked for all the food back (which cool take it we’re not gonna eat it) but argued we didn’t add cheese to the cheese burger when I have the receipt to prove it -_-…. The managers have a crappy personality and send there teenager employees out to talk for them…. Not coming back

Fries was old cold and hard broke into a tender and it was so dry and greasy you seem like if it just sit there and grease all day long and it’s only 1220 in the afternoon lunchtime
