Horrible service took 45 mins for a milkshake and fries do not recommend anyone to go here piss poor service if I could give them a negative 1000 I would because they don’t understand the more business you do that’s good business = more opportunities and growth for them. This is perfect example why businesses go out of business.

It’s so pitiful I don’t even request a refund or replacement anymore, I’ll just throw it away, less hassle and less time wasted on top of time and $ already wasted. Owners should sell to someone who cares, makes Sonic look bad.

Ordered 2 meals both large with tots 1 was a number 6 and the other was a sonic smasher So the number 6 had no meat patty just bread pickles and cheese then my smasher they gave me a small this was my first meal in almost a week due to being sick and I have never been so disappointed

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant in Shelby. Will not be eating here ever again. Service was awful the young woman taking orders did not listen to our orders request, treated us like we were inconveniencing her to placing our order. What we ordered and what we received were not even close and it’s very disappointing and frustrating to see people treat others so poorly. Corporate and management really needs to address this issue.

Mobile orders are a joke. Ordered thirty minutes ahead and still had to wait 20 to even get my food (cold). Then stood there after ordering a milkshake for 15 minutes just to be told there was no ice and no refunds
the food at Sonic tonight was bad not hot none of it the smash burger cold an small nothing like the pic an chili cheese tots where cold for the price should be hot an not just stick something on there when we come to Shelby we stop there but this time the people just didn't care about heating the food or making fresh very disappointing

Hi there ! I usually come to sonic for one thing; which is the chili cheese coney meal. I did get what I received however this is a twist! I noticed that someone took a bite out the hotdog that I’ve ordered . I’ve called this location multiple times with NO answer! I head back over to question about the food and FREDDY (at the window [not sure if manager or not]) was very polite and respectfully handled the situation very well . Which is why I given the service 5 stars. The food was only given two stars and the atmosphere was no applicable due to me being in the drive thru.

THE worst hamburger I have had in my life. I had #4 stacker. Patties were burnt and dry. The first order of Tots were refrigerator cold and sent back. After receiving our order, we had to ask server for napkins (I heard 2 other orders delivered and those folks also had to request napkins.)
