The servers were dirty looking hygiene is not something required even management look sloppy... Attitude and language absolutely not professional and the food was prepared and packaged poorly.. Shelby needs to consider a new food option...this franchise is a waste of space..

Waited at the outside sitting order kiosk for 10 mins and red button to order was
never responded to. Left sitting area and went through drive thru. Order was completely wrong even after repeating several times for the person taking order. SERVICE AT THIS SONIC LICATION IS TERRIBLE - THE WORST - AND HAS BEEN. NEVER GOING BACK.

Horrible experience!
Ordered an iced coffee and receive nothing but ice, got approximately maybe two sips of the drink and it was completely empty. Ordered Reesie’s blast, asked for extra, went back around to inform the guy that there was no Reese’s in it and he tried to gaslight me and convince me that the Reese’s blast was indeed in a powdered Reese’s form. But I even tried to inform him that there was no Reese’s in it, and you cannot see any. He was a redheaded guy with tattoos. I’m assuming he was the manager. Super rude, terrible experience. Lots of workers sitting around outside as well.

Horrible! And I never complain! Got a coffee and it was nothing but ice, literally only got two sips of it. Got a Reese’s blast, and paid for extra Reese and got none, except for a few on top so I went back around to nicely inform them, and he was so rude. Some red headed guy, I’m assuming the manager - said “it’s in powder form”. WTF. No. Zero Reese. But yeah ok invisible powedered Reese’s lol

Sonics is amazing...the workers are great. And the good is always slamming. I guess impatient people just have bad experiences and try to bring that down...but for me..I have no complaints about this place or its workers.
