ZERO. Worst customer service and work ethic of any Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Not busy at all, hour left until close, waited 20 mins for coffee. Did nothing. Terrible. Buncha kids just talking shit on the drive thru headsets about other guests and coworkers. Pathetic. Lazy and rude. Helped “friends” they knew before us. Ridiculous. Have a great life Shelby Starbucks. 👎 Also, check the cameras. I’m not lying or wrong. You’re employees are. Saturday, 8:20pm. Also, besides the point, hot coffee was cold, iced coffee was wrong. Go figure…

I have never experienced such an inefficient Starbucks. If there even was a manager they were hiding. Long line of cars that they kept taking orders for with just two people making coffees. We went inside to order and sat and were not told it would be over 30 minutes to receive a coffee. The staff continued to take orders without letting anyone know how behind they were. The manager should be immediately terminated. 4 people working there with absolutely no hustle either. I saw others walking out because they couldn’t wait any longer including us.

On July 29th I came to this location and got a mocha cookie crumble frappe. Mid sip I noticed something that wasn’t the right texture. It was a fly and I had bit into it. I am horrified and honestly traumatized. This picture was after I spat it out.
