My mornings often include a mobile order, great coffee, and excellent customer service! The team has it together and it shows! It’s nice to be greeted by smiling faces on people who enjoy their work.
Looked like only one person working at 2:30 this afternoon. I waited 16 minutes to get my drinks. Three cars ahead of me added onto their order at the drive thru. This should have not been allowed. Added to everyone's wait time. I have never had such slow service at a Starbucks before. This is a shame and disgrace.
I don't think I've ever been to a starbucks with rude staff! This Starbucks staff was incredibly friendly as well! (I wish I got her name) But the cashier who got my order said that she also feels awkward ordering and it made me feel SO much better!
