Looked like only one person working at 2:30 this afternoon. I waited 16 minutes to get my drinks. Three cars ahead of me added onto their order at the drive thru. This should have not been allowed. Added to everyone's wait time. I have never had such slow service at a Starbucks before. This is a shame and disgrace.
I don't think I've ever been to a starbucks with rude staff! This Starbucks staff was incredibly friendly as well! (I wish I got her name) But the cashier who got my order said that she also feels awkward ordering and it made me feel SO much better!

My daughter loves to go there and now I also love hot coffee and my daughter is 14 years old and it's my fault that I like it now I boy for my coffee in the morning I recommend it but one gets addicted to going for the coffee hot or cold but you have to go
