This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had at a subway. The bread and churro were both stale, the Italian herb and cheese bread was a joke. I was missing toppings and my husband said his sandwich was just skimped. For a $30 lunch, this is unacceptable.

I come to this subway a lot. I went in got 3 6 inches. These subs were terrible. I got a stk and cheese. And a Tuna and a beast. The bread was hard. The steak wasn't heated. My son's said the same thing. When you pick up the sandwich the bread shouldn't crumble which means it's old. I don't usually complain. But when I spend $25 on dinner and we couldn't eat it. I had to let someone know. Thank you for looking at my complaint

Several times while picking up orders I have seen people ask for the bathroom key and the server has handed the key with gloves on and go back to making sandwich without changing gloves. I can't imagine what's on that key going in and out of restroom. I myself will never buy from that subway.
The workers were extremely slow took over 30min to make 3 sandwiches and 2 were the exact same

I went here last week and made 3 orders. They were very, very skimpy on the vegetables of the 3 orders and when I got the salad there was barely anything there, it was a couple leaves and some ranch and chicken (This was $10!), I will not be coming back here this is the worst subway ive been to and they are consistently bad.

Was shorted food on order. Didnt have part of order. I called when i realized it. They told me the manager would handle it. Then i was told she was out of town. Horrible customer service.
