I placed an order for a $59.99 sandwich tray several days ago for an event I was hosting. I did not receive a tray. I received five sandwiches wrapped up inside of a cardboard box. I assumed the tray was within the cardboard box. I also had to ask for mayonnaise mustard, oil and vinegar. Due to their ineptness, I had to scramble to find a tray and cut the sandwiches myself. This was not a pleasant experience because I am from out of town and was depending on them to be reliable. It would have been better to have canceled the order instead of coming up with the excuse of running out of trays. I could have purchased five wrapped sandwiches myself for half of $59.99. EZ Caterer refunded the tray.

The guy at the register was super sweet, and he made a good sub. Best I’ve had from subway in probably years. To top it off he said have a blessed day. You just don’t hear that anymore from my generation. I appreciate that. Keep being you my dude!

Food was so-so, but the PRICE at this Subway is outrageous compared to other local places. The #20 Chicken sandwich is $11.99 here vs. $ 10.69 or $ 10.19, depending on where you go. See ya.

The last few times I was there they are either out of ingredients or bread choice. Todays sandwich was little to be desired as bread felt stale and sandwich maker did a terrible job. Guess I will be going to firehouse subs going forward.
They NEVER make my sandwich correct. And when they do, it is carelessly put together.

I just visited this subway for the first time. I always visit the one on the main drag in Shelby but I saw this one and decided to stop in. The staff was great The food was great. The unfortunate part of my visit was the manager who was constantly nagging and complaining to her staff who were overly friendly and more than happy to oblige whatever she asked. She was nasty to them it made my experience bad because I had to hear her constantly nagging at the much older lady and the younger lady. It was almost like she was looking for a fight. And honestly I almost said something and decided it probably wasn't my business to do so. She wasn't very friendly to me when I checked out either she didn't tell me to have a good day she was nagging and complaining to her staff instead of catering to me. She barely even spoke and didn't even look at me I almost felt offended by it. If you come to this Subway folks hope you don't get the manager maybe she can tuck herself away somewhere you will have an enjoyable time. The other staff made it pleasurable and tolerable. If she keeps on acting like this she's going to be in there by herself cuz people ain't going to put up with that stuff. Especially right now when we have more jobs than people.
