The evening crew that worked 3/29/25 should absolutely be disbanded or a manager added in. We waited a solid 40 minutes on our food. There were 5 different workers that all would occasionally look at us and then disappear. It took beeping, waving and asking for a number to a manager to get our cold soggy bag of food that they actually made and never handed to us. Not am acceptable experience or service.

I got almost 17.00 worth of food and it was so disappointing. They didn’t ask me if I wanted any sauces so I forgot to ask . I got home and the Pepsi tasted like salt and the crunchy wrap had tons of lettuce but no sour cream and barely a 1/2 teaspoon of meat in it. I’ll not be going back. Everything else was ok but without sauce . It just wasn’t good.

Can I give negative stars I went by this morning just for a breakfast Crunchwrap was told she was only doing door dash bc she was the only one there! Please get someone in that can do their job I can say this bc I worked Taco Bell for 3 years and I did breakfast by myself and did not deny customers mind u no one was their absolute pathetic she could not make one Crunchwrap! DO BETTER TACO BELL

New review/update 3/17/25

A NEW LOW FOR TACO BELL. Ridiculous. How does Taco Bell not have any rice??? I've been there when they were out of chicken and could understand that on occasion considering supply chain issues. But rice? And how many items do they offer that don't include rice? Not many. Asked for rice replacement ingredient such as lettuce, and was told I'd have to request it as an add-on and pay extra for it. A NEW LOW TACO BELL.

Bad drive thru experience, but staff did the best they could (I think). Low staff, health emergency of 1 staff, therefor only one staff to make food, manager in charge couldn't reach next level up management to get permission to stop delivery meals (which were big orders), so had to wait in line about 45 minutes.

Took quite awhile for my meal. I ordered a quesadilla(spellibg?) And it barely had any cheese in it. My wife ordered a crunchy taco with her burrito and it was half full with barely any meat.

Parking: Drive through blocks parking spaces.

Recommended dishes: Taco Supreme, Soft Taco

Placed an order online for pickup. Placed the order at 5:50 p.m. got there at 6:10 waited by the register for 20 minutes before anybody even acknowledge me. When they finally did they said my order was never received but mind you it had already been pain of my card. Then all of a sudden they say my order popped up and it was Placed at 5:50 now by this time it was around 645. Then they continued to say somebody was starting my order but 20 more minutes went by and no one else even knew to start the order. So I had to wait 1hour and 20 minutes for an order that was placed online and already paid for. That is ridiculous...

This is more of a review of the corporation that owns TB, not this location. It's their fault the service here is INSANELY SLOW. I'm talking 20-30 minute wait on any order at most any time of day. There's just nobody working here. Again, none of this is the fault of the actual workers. Possibly the manager but definitely the corporation.

One thing I can ding the employees on is they literally never bring anyone their drink cups. EVER. There's always a couple dozen people waiting around for their food and the people behind the counter will walk up to the counter, dead-eyed (I do not blame them, fast food work is hard, thankless, and pays garbage), drop off the food, walk away, and have to be resummoned to bring out any cups for drinks. I've witnessed this 100s of times.

The girl at the drive thru could barely keep her eyes open and I'm pretty sure she wasn't sleepy. And a weird smell when I pulled up to the drive thru window. She held her hand out and I said How much is it? She told me and I'm like something is up with her.
