Nothing but a joke. If you really want tacos go to a Mexican restaurant or make them yourself.Order 3 items and its already over $20 without a drink. To pricey! No meat no real meat at that. And they had the audacity to put up another one on the other end.I drive to Chipotle.

Place my order. Waited forever to pay then stood there for probably another 15 minutes till someone said. What's the guy at the front waiting on? I'm the only person in the restaurant and they have to come and ask me what did you order. Finally got my food and a drink cup. Come to find out there's no Pepsi. There is no Dr. Pepper. I tell them they say oh we must be out. So why is there not a sign on the machine before you order? Dining room tables were dirty. Won't be going back and the beefy cheesy was anything but beefy was more bean than anything.

Slowest service ever. We pulled in and were the third car in the drive thru. The first car took forever to order, and we assumed it was just a them problem as the 2nd car ordered pretty quickly and moved up. We got up to the order window after TWENTY minutes in the drive thru line. At that point we would have left but everyone really wanted Taco Bell and we didn’t want to waste more time going elsewhere. Nobody came into the speaker. We waited another 10 minutes and asked if someone was taking orders. They told us it was going to be a few minutes before they could take an order. We got in the line at 5:18. Once we were told that, we got out of line at 5:49. The longest I have ever been in a drive thru line and we didn’t even get to order. There were over 5 cars behind us in line. The car in front of us that made the short order was still waiting at the window. Not sure what they are doing because even having just one employee, the line wouldn’t take this long. If you don’t plan on wasting an hour on drive thru, try somewhere else.The car in front of us was still waiting for food when we got out of the other drive thru next door.

What have we come to when you have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever?! If you have a question or aren’t computer knowledgeable…you’re outta luck! You will stand there till you rot before anyone helps you & then they’ll only point to kiosk to order. I think of my dad coming in…he’d be lost. While there, I saw 3 people leave because they didn’t know how to order or had a question.
