If you have never been to Turn Around Nutrition STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING and GO RIGHT NOW!! Great shakes, but the friendly atmosphere is the best. You feel like you’re going to visit friends or family. Lori makes everyone feel welcome and like they are important. I could sit there all day and visit. Best place in Shelby.

Great place and great people! Miss Lori is awesome. She asked me what a few of my favorite flavors were and based my protein shake off of that. It was so delicious! Definitely will be going back.
