I've been coming here off and on for years and I will say the lady that owns this place is by far the most upbeat, friendliest person you'll ever meet. Just going to see her is worth it. She is very honest if you ask questions. Teas are great and she even made me a special one with my own flavors THENNNN even wrote it down and actually saved it bc I went back a few weeks later and she still had it. Definitely recommend 10/10
If you have never been to Turn Around Nutrition STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING and GO RIGHT NOW!! (If it's Monday-Friday 4:30am-2pm...otherwise go as soon as it's open again : ) You will be so happy you did.Not only are the shakes and teas incredible (and made with infinite amounts of love)...but the atmosphere and energy in this place are just too special to even explain with the human language. Great shakes, but the friendly atmosphere is the best. You feel like you’re going to visit friends or family. Lori makes everyone feel welcome and like they are important. I could sit there all day and visit. Best place in Shelby.
