☹️This restaurant is a hit or miss. Either they're going to get your order correct and it'll be wonderful or they're going to do it totally wrong and only give you 25% off your next order ( this is after me going back and forth with the kitchen ) or I could have had my 81-year-old dad to go back and pick up the redo order. I'm in the rehab facility down the road from them because of drunk driver hit me head on and they don't deliver out to The Cleveland Pines. It's not that far away (3.8 miles) I do like their meat sauce and I do like their Greek dressing but either you'll get what you ask for and it'll be perfect or you get totally something different and they barely want to fix it. I asked for angel hair with extra meat sauce and extra mushrooms I got instead spaghetti with barely any sauce and a couple of mushrooms. The side salads look so dinky that is not even worth getting it. Friday night crew did a hell of a better job then the Saturday day crew. I'm kind of upset by this I'm thinking maybe I should try the other Italian place cuz it's a hit or miss with them. But they do have good meat sauce.

Food is good but every time I go the waitress is always slow about getting your order then she has to see what beverage you're drinking , that takes a few minutes on top of that if you don't flag the waitress down... Waiting on refill. Bottom line every thing that you need ask all at once cause if not you will spend time trying to enjoy the meal and I eat there about twice a month !

Terribly disappointed. From several years, this has been my favorite restaurant in Shelby, but tonight they dropped the ball and as a result I get to work a 12 hour shift on two chicken tenders, and a handful of fries which is not what I ordered. How do you drop the ball when the order came to you printed?

I absolutely love coming here to eat. The food is always great and serving size is always plenty to eat.The food prices are extremely reasonable and in fact their wing prices are best in town. The owner and employees are super friendly. What I love is that they really appreciate hearing how their customers feel about EVERYTHING. They are always trying to improve the food, the service and just the entire atmosphere. I eat there more than once a week. There new location on E. Dixon Blvd is so much more convenient that the Marion St location. Go try them out.Parking: Parking is in a complex with many office so after 5 the parking is great, parking lot can get full during office hours before 5pmKid-friendliness: No alcohol served so family friendly and have high chairs.
Food wasn't good at all. Chicken sub had a piece of American cheese that wasn't melted, the chicken seemed like precooked frozen Tyson's chicken, and no tomatoes in sub. Really wanted to like this place but the food was a huge miss. Service wasn't great either, forgotten salad & breadsticks on pasta order - took until after entree was finished to get the salad or breadstick. Our waitress was nice & relatively attentive. It's cheap food & reflected in the price. All in all, I wish them the best but will not personally return.

5-stars because I'm a business owner too and I get it, but constructive feedback is important. The food was really subpar. We got burgers and Philly cheese steak. The burgers were thin frozen patties and the shredded steak tasted freezer burnt. Also the amount of fries was really lacking. The whole family was pretty disappointed and unfortunately we won't be back.
