There was an employee behind the counter scratching their head right beside the grill and then proceeded to continue cooking without washing their hands at 3:09 Am on saturday Aug 9th 2025. Very unsanitary.

Hooowdy ❤️ We stopped with Piotr from Poland so he has a true American experience… and Becky (store manager) made it the best, most fun one !! The entire team made us laugh and enjoy the Sunday morning breakfast. Becky even hired Piotr 😆

Y’all I waited 30 minutes on a to go order this morning. I guess if you ate in you are priority. TIPS!!! Also, while I was there I saw employee take a waffle off plate in waffle area and reheat it. How long was that waffle sitting there???
Worst experience coming in! People was really rude I’m not happy with the experience I had here to night Friday 28 2015 at 2:57. Them girls nothing but rude Waffle House do better!

Went to this waffle house to place a Togo order. There weren't any customers in the store eating. The lady ask if I had an online order my husband told her he wanted to place a Togo order, she then proceeds to tell him that he has to go online to make that order, and they are only doing hashbrown and grit bowls. She said we couldn't place the order with her. So we go online to place the order and of course it says that online ordering for this location isn't accepting orders. There is always something going on at this waffle house. They even said they weren't making waffles. Shelby waffelhouse BLOWS!

Food was ok. Service was horrible. The staff was openly angry with each other. One waiter moved the trash can away from our booth (because it was overflowing) and another waiter kicked it back by our booth. Whatever. It was Thanksgiving Night. They were open, didn't seem packed, and we were hungry. 🤷♀️
