Experience was horrible. We ordered on the app to get in and out because we had frozen food from the store. Set in drive thru line for 45 min to be asked what our order was and did we pay. Really? It was submitted on the app and you don’t know my order. The app is garbage also. Easily delete what you already ordered when adding more items. See Chick-fil-A’s app on how an app should work. I’m not sure if the young lady working the drive thru tonight went to the bathroom, fell asleep or just didn’t want to work, but my gosh put some pep in your step. I had to ask her if she was ready after sitting there for 5 minutes. She mumbled. I’m recommending customer service class for your employees or put her on fries.
been setting here over 30 minutes the line has not moved at all. natrually the phone is off the hook!!! i dont think cooperate would like the phone being off the hook!!!!
