I'm a frequent visitor at Wendy's, when I was traveling through North Carolina I stopped by to order a salad. I asked like always when ordering at other locations to sub grilled chicken for spicy this particular location upcharged me for substitution. I clarified the order and the person in the drive thru said that's correct we charge extra to substitute. I will never go back to this location. They make their own rules.

Ordered a PLAIN Hamburger kids meal. Burger had cheese.
Ordered chili with sour cream and crackers. Didn’t receive either in the bag.
Ordered a baked potato with butter and sour cream. Again, no butter or sour cream in the bag and the potato was hard.
Ordered a jr cheeseburger with no bun. Only ketchup, mustard, onions and pickles. Received a plain burger wrapped in lettuce with only onions and pickles.

Pulled into the drive thru and person working the drive thru was texting on her phone for two minutes before answering for my order. When I got my food the fries were cold and stiff. It seems every time I go to the Wendy's in Shelby something is always wrong. Today is my last time ordering from that Wendy's.
