Wish I could give a zero. Used mobile order and arrived within five minutes. 20 minutes later, I'm still watching the lady at register work on doordash by herself. A 10 year old could be taught to pack that order in minutes. Now, closer to 25 minutes, she's still slowly filling mobile orders at a snails pace with multiple trips to the back. No one got the correct order. No one was able to order at register, and several walked out. The manager just stood there the entire time completely clueless. Can't believe this place has fallen this far. I could go on, but I think it would be pointless

I've been to this Wendy's two Fridays in a row the first time it was amazing so I came back thinking that it was just a fluke but it was even better the second time, the burger was hot and fresh, the line in the Drive-Thru moves so fast they do such a great job they are very nice and always get it right this is way better than the Forest City location. This Wendy's location is on point with their food I can't get over how good the burger is being so hot and fresh.

One of the best fast food places in Shelby, I go for lunch a lot and the line is always moving, they get your orders quick and my order is always fresh and hot when I receive it. Workers are super nice too. Thanks for all y’all do!

Went in tonight at 8:40pm. They don’t close until 10pm. The guy working the register refused to take my order and said sorry we’re not taking orders anymore.

Me and my boyfriend went and ordered a asiago club chicken sandwich. And one of the new mushroom burgers. And we stood there for almost 30 minutes to an hour people came in after we did and got there food before us. And then when we went to ask where our food was. We was told that it was made but apparently handed to someone else because they didn't even call my name... And then remade our order wrong.... Will never go there again....

It is hard to get your food through the drive thru and they do not answer their phone and you do not get your receipt. Paid for a Dave’s single and did not get it!

I love my Wendy's. The regular staff there are awesome. I'm there 3 to 4 times a week for years now and they always get it right, they are always efficient, the food is great. I just love going there. Lots tp choose from too.

I don't usually share about fast food but this Wendy's was excellent 👌 They were friendly and fast. I hadn't even finished filling my drink and my order was ready. Fresh and very tasty 😋 Definitely recommend this establishment!!
