30 min wait for food. We had to ask for our food to go we waited so long. Ended up going back for our money. Fish was burnt, wings had no sauce and were in a puddle of grease, everything was cold. At least the waitress was ok, lacked some personality tho. Give it a 2 out of 10.

We normally check the ratings of a restaurant before we go in but we were just grabbing something for the family of 3 to take home.My wife ordered a grilled chicken salad, my son ordered wings and fries and I ordered a second option burger( my first choice was not available because they ran out of barbecue sauce. We got our food and got in the car and thought we grab a few fries while we rode. I couldn't believe how small my burger was. it looked like a McDonald's double cheeseburger with the same kind of cheap buns you find in the black and white packaging in Food Lion. Got a refund for that. My wife's chicken was pale (one word...PAPRIKA!!!) and we also would up exchanging my son's ranch from his wings that we found to be rancid. Waaay to many issues here. We have eaten here before, and my advice would be, avoid late night, and stick to the wings...The "Etc" ain't workin!!!

The furniture is wanky. Wobbly chairs and tables. That's the 2 star atmosphere. But it won't keep me from going back.

Food is all frozen if its not a vegetable. If not, its overbreaded. Advice: fresh chicken. Also it took almost an hour to get our food and we were the only customers in the restaurant. Server was sweet, but overworked. Since there was only one for a good two hours.
We were really disappointed with our dinning experience at Wings. Our dinning experience took over two hours. The food was ok. I think the best thing we had were the french fries and the wing sauces were good. The wings were super dry. I ordered chicken tenders for my daughter and they were burnt. I asked for a new order and it took over 15 minutes to get two chicken tenders. Our server was very frazzled. I felt really bad for her. It seemed like she had too many tables and not enough help which made her take forever to get our things. There should also be a policy when cleaning tables. The amount of disinfectant used on the table directly behind our table created a huge cloud of toxic fumes. Made my children and I super nauseous.
Strange thing I noticed - children were going to the back of the kitchen. Not sure what was going on there ?
Lastly, the bathrooms were gross. The sink was the worst part you have to press the buttons on the sink in order for the water to work. So how could you properly wash your hand?!. Also the soap dispenser did not work. It was not worth $65.

The past few months ... everything I order ... fries , onion rings , Philly , chicken tenders , chicken sandwich ... all burnt . New cook must like their stuff well done . & does anyone in the place ever change the frying oil ?! Even the damn mushrooms dehydrated and burnt lol I was a fine dining server for 10 years . I'd be ashamed to serve the food that's coming out this place lately .
