The atmosphere was good. The food was peetty good too, but I had one issue with my bbq boneless chicken wings not being crispy enough. Also the drink machine was out of many options and there was another ice machine there that didn’t work. Overall, a fairly good experience.

It was good. Loved their fried pickles and the chicken stripe were good. BTW, they give free drink refills and I recommend their sweet tea. Definitely good especially on a hot day.

Please check your receipt when you order at the drive thru. The price you are charged isn’t the price on the menu. I brought this to the manager’s attention but nothing has been done about it.

So they charged me 25 cents for extra sauce per sauce, but did not even give me the sauces that came included with the 3 meals I purchased. No sauce on the sandwich. Fries were not hot. Drinks were mostly ice. This was a revisit after a long time of not going due to quality issues, will not be back again. Trash place & they are the sauce police geez

Since corporate will not respond, I suppose I'll put it on here. Please, remove your milkshake signs! Twice in one month, I was rudely told they don't have them. I'm not personally against the staff, but remove those signs, if you're going to refuse my order. My car was the second in line during attempt one, and I was the only customer on attempt two.

Ate lunch in Shelby, NC today. We were greeted with an unfriendly face. They had their left arm resting on the cups we drink from with her armpit resting on one stack...the one we were served from. There was no expression on her face. No how can I help you. No thank you....just an unhappy and unfriendly face. Her name was Jah. I could deal with her demeanor but not the armpit on my drinking cup. This is a big sanitation issue and cross contamination. Otherwise the food was good. Not the service or consideration of people will be putting their mouth where Jah had her armpit. Beware of the health Department. To many complaints and they will visit.

Food looks like it's already been played in. We paid $14 for an order of Wings N things, to only receive a half filled plate. I would leave a picture of I could. This is ridiculous!

I just left this location and the food and service was amazing. But my sister and I were getting refills for our drinks before leaving, and one of the employees stepped in front of us and used the machine and filled up her drink as we were filling up ours. I just find that to be very disrespectful and rude considering that we were already standing there filling up our cups. She did not even say sorry or excuse me. Just found it to be unprofessional.
