Went through drive thru after a long day at work. Ordered, and paid for extra sauce. Was told at the windows that everything was in the bag. 20 minute drive home...no sauce. 20 minutes drive back for the employees to be totally rude when I ask for my food to be remade.I will NOT return to this restaurant! And I'm going to advise others not to as well.

Just left from to go to work, and get to my designation. To see that I paid almost $4 for 2 egg rolls!!! Are freaking kidding me!! Now on the wings!!! You gave me all legs. They were over cooked. SMH!!! To far down the highway to turn around.Vegetarian options: Egg rolls

Absolutely worst food we have ever had from this location. Received our from from the drive-thru and had amazing service. After digging into our food, everyone in our family said the chicken and fries were horrible and the only good thing was the bread. To further the issue, one of our children got food poisoning from it and was throwing up all night. Please do better.

We had to reorder twice because apparently "two zensation zalads and 2 orders of fries" was too complicated. Then this is what we get. A pile of wilted lettuce, 3 strips of carrot, 4 tiny bites of chicken, maybe 5 strips of red cabbage, burnt wantons, and to top it off a burned soggy spring roll. Zaxby's used to be decent, but now I'd rather eat belly-button lint...at least that would have flavor.

Food was good but I didn't get enough sauce on my sandwich. When I ask for more they ask me to pay for each additional sauce. They have never done this here or at any other location before. It's ridiculous to have to do another transaction just for sauce! If this is there new practice, I won't be back!
