Sorry to be a downer but....The chicken sandwich was bland, tasteless. A simple piece of chicken with no seasoning on a hamburger roll....Boss used to have a fantastic smoked chicken sandwich but now has reverted to a blah chicken cutlet. Not the Boss I used to know. I ordered the fries and they too were a disappointment . A tiny portion of fries for $2.79? I mean tiny! The service was GREAT...and the place is neat and clean but don't expect much if you are a chicken eater!...

Decided to try Boss Hog BBQ out since every time we drive by it seems to be crowded. Now we see why! We ordered the Chopped BBQ Tray along with a Philly Cheesesteak. The food tasted great and the different sauces they have are amazing. We will definitely be back again since they have a large menu with lots of other good looking items we want to try!

Grabbed some BBQ takeout while on vacation at Lake Norman. This place did not disappoint. The food was very reasonably priced and very good. I ordered the ribs and they were fall off the bone delicious. The BBQ sauces offered were flavorful and excellent. The service was quick and staff was great. Would gladly visit this place again on a visit to the area.
