The restaurant has a convenient location, but some customers have experienced delays in order preparation, with pizzas being burnt or dropped on the floor. The restaurant has addressed these issues by bringing in extra employees to remake the pizzas. Customers have also reported issues with delivery service, where the pizza was left on the porch without a knock. However, other customers have had positive experiences with fast, fresh, and hot pizza deliveries, with friendly delivery persons.
