I don’t leave allot of reviews unless I’ve had a significant experience whether it’s good or bad, so I just need to say this place has the upmost BEST customer service I have seen in such a long time! I dealt with Derrick and even though only being there a month I would’ve guessed way longer because he’s knowledgeable and if he didn’t know something he made sure to get the info in a timely manner and his demeanor and customer service was PHENOMENAL to say the least! Pizza Hut PLEASE keep this guy he has such a bright light and loves what he does and wears it on his face! he was patient with my many questions, very polite, held the door for me just all in all i had a great experience and this is my new favorite pizza hut of all time. Thank you Derrick for being a wonderful employee, server and person! ill be back

There are some nice people working here. The atmosphere is clean. Everything is great except the food. The food is absolutely disgusting. They keep pre slapping hand tossed skins and leaving them up all day. The result is a crispy crunchy chewy dough. There is no reason to not make the food as fresh as possible in a small town on a Tuesday evening.When they make the food fresh, it is amazing. Then one random night every time they will give you the worst pizza money can buy.

Absolutely horrible service, they didn’t get our order right , wanted to charge me $2 for two little tiny containers of marinara sauce and refused to let me pay for them with a $50?! Never going back there again and suggest they get smarter staff in there or it’ll be closed down like so many others have

Pretty trash, no one knows how to properly wash dishes there so most the food as soggy food residue cooked on it, the managers are all pos, ordered a pizza no sauce and got extra sauce then claimed that's what I asked for then tried to apologize profusely when they finally looked at the

There were poor level of hygiene precautions, the employee was all alone, prepared the food and was also the cashier. Hands were not washed. The employee had a beard and long hair, but did not wear a hairnet. He was also constantly on his cell phone. I'm not a doctor, but he had a runny nose. He was friendly but should not be working with food under these conditions!The worst part was the food, we had a hair in the pizza box.Pizza Hut you guys can call me and I will give you more details.My conclusion is, stay away from this location.

I always love coming here for pizza even tho I won’t go to any other Pizza Hut restaurant. This place always looks out for me, even if the order is messed up or I wait a lil extra time they make it up with a free pizza and sometime a drink! Wow that’s awesome! Thank you Pizza Hut at Sherrills ford!

I’ve ordered from this location many times however this time all 3 pizzas were undercooked. Soon as I picked up a piece it flopped over and all the cheese/toppings fell back in the box! Not happy!!!!

Best local pizza delivery in my area! We have had a couple of hiccups but overall much better than anywhere else. Pizza Hut makes it right if they drop the ball. . More than once they've offered us complimentary food to right a wrong. That's more than most places will do these days. * We have only done delivery from this location.

The original lady that took my order was very nice and polite, she said it would take about 45 minutes for my delivery. After and hour and 15 minutes I called back, the same lady picked up and I asked about my order, she was very apologetic and said it should be there very soon. 30 more minutes went by and I called again, I man picked up the phone and I told him what was going on, he gave some excuse to me that if they dont have a driver on the clock that they use Doordash which is stange considering i was getting texts saying that my driver was arriving soon and the messages were sent from pizza hut, he asked me to look outside to see if they had just dropped it off, I looked and nothing was there. I found it very odd because right after he explained to me the doordash thing he tried to cover the phone and I could hear him ask someone inside the store did you just leave the food outside "assuming not a doordash worker" because why would a doordash worker just be chilling in pizza hut. So i truly believe he lied to me about the whole story, meanwhile the entire time this man was very unpleasnt and rude to me. I asked for compensation and he rudly said i will give you a 2 liter, I said ok i guess and asked for Cheerwine. He said ok and hung up the phone very fast. Such a rude person should not be talking to customers. This is the last time I will ever order from there.

My rating is only concerning member points. They are not consistent in giving the same number of points for a duplicate order. When I inquired (mind you I did all my ordering and purchase online) they will not address because I am not giving them a copy of my paper receipt. Their concept of “I paid online and you can see my member account) didn’t matter. On to give my business to Firehouse Pizza.
