This has to be the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. I did the drive thru and I ordered at 8:39 am the following: 4 orders of hash brown, 2 bagels and 1 wake up wrap. It took them until 9:02 to have this order made. You would think a chain like Dunkin would have figured out the efficiency part but I guess not. Their neighbor Starbucks is quicker than them unfortunately.
They had no donuts. I stood at register to buy a coffee mug and get ice coffee. It took over 15 minutes to take my order. I paid, and then I stood another 15 minutes to get my ice coffee. Two clerks 1 clerk sit down and said it was time for him to go. The guy that took my order he kept fixing drive thru before my order. He would run outside with order and come back to get the next order. Next time I'm in the area, I will go to Starbucks. I will not go to this dunkin'...
I'm typically not a fan of this brand. But it soothed my sweet tooth was the moment. I appreciate that the donuts are not too sweet. They were out of many donuts in the early afternoon which was disappointing. But the gentleman at the window was quite friendly. A bit talkative but I appreciated his services.
