I asked if the had a Cajun filet sandwich, I did not see one on the menu. The young cashier nodded yes. We asked again, a Cajun filet sandwich? She replied yes. She typed in Cajun filet sandwich, which the receipt reflected. We were given a Cajun filet biscuit. That was not what we ordered. We went back into the restaurant and told them of their mistake and showed them receipt. They threw the biscuit away and made a new sandwich. They brought out a grilled chicken sandwich. That was again not what was ordered! When this was pointed out to them, they had no answer as to why they once again gave us the wrong item. We then asked for our money back. The large lady walked away and was gone for 5 minutes with no comment to us before she walked away. She proceeded to make other orders and ignore us. When she finally came back she said instead of a refund her “manager” (whom we never saw) said they could make us the correct sandwich and give us a Bo-berry biscuit. At this point in time our faith in their ability to make the correct sandwich was gone. I want to point out that by this time our other food is ice cold and the fried are inedible. We left without the correct sandwich and without getting our money back. The manager never made themselves known. We were never given the managers information. The quality of service was absolutely dismal. The training of the employees was likewise as dismal. They had no idea on how to handle the situation, or even how to make the correct sandwiches that people order. This is unacceptable. Basic knowledge of customer service and how to make menu items is the absolute bare minimum that customers should expect. This location obviously has a employee problem, as well as a manager problem, that will drive away business unless it is fixed. Stay away if you expect quality service and the correct order.

Awful experience! Paid for 2 two piece white chicken meals. Got home and opened the boxes there were 2 small unidentifiable pieces of dark meat in each box. The side of green beans had a large blob of chicken in there too. Never will we go there again.

I came through the drive through to get a sausage biscuit combo. I payed for my food at the first window and then pulled up to receive my food. The girl at the window passed my food to the wrong car and didn’t want to get in trouble for it so she accused me of circling back trying to get more food. This is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen I get it but accusing me of lying to get more is very disrespectful. I make too much money to try and steal a sausage biscuit combo. Yall need to train the Hispanic girl at the window a little bit better because her customer service skills are terrible.

Slojangles as usual. Only person line and waited over 10 minutes for my food. Oh yeah, they were out of chicken breast. Let that sink in.

I found the chicken strips spicier than I thought they would be as their regular chicken is not nearly as spicy.
