Awful experience! Paid for 2 two piece white chicken meals. Got home and opened the boxes there were 2 small unidentifiable pieces of dark meat in each box. The side of green beans had a large blob of chicken in there too. Never will we go there again.

I came through the drive through to get a sausage biscuit combo. I payed for my food at the first window and then pulled up to receive my food. The girl at the window passed my food to the wrong car and didn’t want to get in trouble for it so she accused me of circling back trying to get more food. This is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen I get it but accusing me of lying to get more is very disrespectful. I make too much money to try and steal a sausage biscuit combo. Yall need to train the Hispanic girl at the window a little bit better because her customer service skills are terrible.

I found the chicken strips spicier than I thought they would be as their regular chicken is not nearly as spicy.
I placed a big order about 6:45 a.m. this morning, and Kevin was helpful, professional, and friendly. The biscuits were perfect, hot, and fresh. The wait time was minimal, and the restaurant was clean. Someone in management is paying attention to what customers want, need, and expect. We'll done!

I haven't stepped foot into this restaurant in over a year and still.... Two people and a family received their food before me, and no one looked concerned about why I was standing there at the front counter

Ordered thru drive thru- 4 sandwiches 3 fries, I got 4 sandwiches and 2 fries not a big deal but I went back through and showed my bag and receipt and they said I couldn’t prove that I didn’t eat it so they weren’t giving me another fry without paying for it.
