I am a Q lover and find it hard to resist stopping when I see a restaurant. Smithfield's is at the top of my list. I visit Siler City on Tuesday and Wednesday and this is my go to place for lunch. Also this is my favorite of all. Food is one thing and Ambience another. This restaurant has both. Friendly, great service and keeps the dining area clean. We had barbecue, beans, slaw, potato salad, and hush puppies. The food was all good though the slaw was a little sweet for my taste. We did take out in bulk for a group. Service was a little slow but it was during the lunch rush. Staff were friendly. Would go back.

First time here. Food is good, but WAY overpriced for a three piece finger and fry. Maybe if it had come with a drink. Not being from NC, we didn't realize the bbq would be vinegar based, so husband didn't like the bbq, but liked the sweet slaw and hush puppies. You order at the counter when you go in and have to go ask for refills and sauces, but they do bring the food out to you. Won't be back cause it's cheaper a CFA or Zaxbys
