So I went through the drive-thru of the KFC / Taco Bell in Siler City.... I completed my order and pulled around to the window. At that point I thought about the fact that once I get back to Sanford I have to go straight to school to pick up my boys. I asked the young lady at the window if I could add just a plain chicken sandwich. She told me that her manager would not allow her to do that because of the time limit in the Drive-Thru and that I would have to pull around and reorder.

Wow! The service I received today was horrible. Cashier was so rude, didn't ask what sides I wanted, she chose for me. The finger licking good sauce was NO good. It had lumps in it and it bubbled. It was orange and smelled awful. This was every packet, not just 1, all 10. The entire meal was awful. I will be reaching out to corporate concerning this matter.
