This place has turned to total trash. Worthless is putting it nicely. Please do not waste your time going here unless you like not getting your order, lots of excuses, and being berated by the staff, and, best of all, they will not give you a refund even if you did not receive your order. The same workers that are making the food are also taking out the trash and don't even change their gloves. If you eat here, it will be at your own risk. You have been warned ⚠️

Store lobby was not open with no signage. Store had no steak or beef, however accepted a mobile order with all beef and steak items, store was unable to cancel or refund the order because it was done in app and accepted by the store. Now I have to call customer service to receive help for an app refund. Ask if they have the protein you’re ordering before giving mobile order details so you can cancel from your phone and avoid headache.

Don’t go to this location. The employees are unhappy and want to make life miserable for everyone they encounter. The manager doesn’t care that customers are displeased with their service. Complained to management that Isabella (cashier) lacks decency and customer service etiquette and she neither apologized or offered detail around how she would resolve for future customers. 7/29/24 4:24

i orderd 6 CHEESE ROLLUPS and a drink i got my drink and food and all my cheese was cold so i said okay and i pulled back around to get some frest cheese roll ups, she was being rude and told me to pull around and i did, i waited outside for 30 minutes until i walked in and had to stand there another 30 minutes before i got my food, after all of that we got the food and it was all cold cheese wasnt melted at all, after that and seeing how they did the cheese roll ups we didn’t even eat they “close at 11pm or later” but was locking the doors at 9pm being rude and couldn’t even melt some cheese in a roll up !!!!!

The food is alright, not better or worse than any other Taco Bell. But this one specifically opens at different times & they seem to hire lots of high school kids who are always short with customers and pretty rude. Act soo annoyed if you ask for even just one thing after placing order! Even if it's just for a couple extra napkins!
