We had the absolute rudest waitress ever. She bitched and complained the entire time we were in there. We never got a refill from her. She had the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. And we eat there alot and have never had a waitress there like her.

My daughter and I came in around midnight on our way home from out of town. We were asked our drink order and food order within a few minutes. (Only one other person in restaurant). The cook started our food then got back in her phone. She didn’t pay any attention to our food and overcooked our food to the point it was hard to eat. Our food sat on the counter for 8 minutes before the waitress brought it to our table. Again, only one other person in restaurant. I asked for extra butter (trying to make my waffle a little softer since it was overcooked) and the waitress went back to her conversation then brought me the butter about 10 minutes later. Our drinks were never refilled. We were never acknowledged by our waitress again. A nice young man also working did come over and ask if we needed anything. He was the only one of the 3 that actually did his job. I will never go back

The Siler City Waffle house is one that is a memorable experience. I do enjoy the quality, cleanliness, and attentiveness of the management and wait staff. I feel welcomed and appreciated when I visit. Thank you Siler City Waffle House for such a memorable experience. I look forward to my next visit.

We went to waffle House to just eat something at night, we walked in and it was around semi full but we had to wait at least 16 minutes just to get service despite being right within the servers reach, only for a lady to come and finally take our order and just put the bill on the table after we ordered which has never happened to us in any other waffle House and after we got our food, nobody came to check on us if we needed anything. I genuinely Don't know if it was because me and my mom are Mexican and it was something racist for us to be served last but never coming here. For those who might say that the waiters were busy, they were attending no one and there were a lot of them.

Nice and efficient staff but the place was dirty to point of affecting my appetite. The fact it was empty so they had lots of time to clean. Also, not over the fact that eggs and steak costs the same here as ribs at Applebees.
