Where do I even start. The drive thru might as well be a drive thru movie theater cause how long you’re gonna be there. They need a new GM who expects more from there employees 20 minutes to get a online order is ridiculous when there’s 3 employee standing there in the drive thru window cutting it up seeing who can dk off the most I was not spoken a single word to once I got to the window after I was greeted by “what and second window”
They also gave me my milkshake 10 minutes before my food so it could sit there and melt apparently. Fast food is no longer 16 year olds trying to learn the value of a dollar it’s a bunch of lazy adults with no manners. Every single employee was in a non complete uniform with a gentleman pulling up sweatpants every 10 seconds and pulling out a wedgy. Back when I was in highschool they had an adult man working in the drive thru dealing with food sucking on a pacifier when I complained to the manager he just moved him to a different position. The person who was making the food brought me the food with a very unpleasant appearance and a neck beard with no beard net but also where were the other 3 employees? Not helping that drive thru move faster I can promise you that. This place needs some serious change and change fast.
Would give zero stars if possible. Arrived at 8:20pm on Saturday. All lights on. Lobby is locked - both doors. Drive through employee sitting outside behind the drive through sign, playing on his cell phone. Asked a couple of simple questions which he could not answer (one of those was “what time did your lobby close?” His answer, “uh, 4, 6 & 10.”)
Please drug test your employees. And staff appropriately. We decided against placing an order. Rather try our luck elsewhere.
Ever since Kenyata started working here, my orders have been fresh, hot, and correct. This location was hit or miss for a long time, brushed brings the sunshine and professionalism.
Girl at the window was very rude and I was just there to pick up a mobile order so she didn’t even have to do anything to take my order. Also, she put no napkins in the bag and no straw for my drink.

This is my last time i am eating here the bread was cold and the chicken was not even warm. My son cheeseburger was so dry plus I don’t understand why they can make the food good. I am a little upset I waste my money here. I can make it better.
The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and patient. You could tell they genuinely cared, and it made the whole visit so much more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such friendly and helpful people these days — I’ll definitely be coming back!
Just went through the drive-thru and first thing I said was I have a coupon for the 2 for $12 chicken sandwich meals, asked for 1 sandwich with only lettuce which the worker confirmed, both cokes - 1 no ice, and a kids meal with milk. Grabbed our food and what we got were 2 sandwiches with everything on them, 2 cherry cokes with ice, and a kids meal without the milk. Not only that, but they put our sandwich meals in as mediums instead of smalls, so what should have been $16.50+tax came out to over $20. Had to go back for the milk and get the drinks corrected while we were at it, and were told that the machine ran out of Coke and automatically switches to cherry Coke. I don't know what sort of fools the lady thought we were, but no soft drink dispenser in existence automatically switches what flavors it dispenses when it runs out. She made the change on her own accord figuring we'd be gone before we notice instead of just asking us what we'd like instead. This level of consistent dim witted service throughout all Wendy's restaurants is the reason Chick-fil-a is absolutely running you guys over.
I usually don't complain but I've had multiple instances with the same girl at the drive thru and tonight really upset me. I had just got off work, tired and hungry. I pull up to the speaker it's 12 AM no one came to the speaker for several minutes and so I said hello and then I could hear laughing and no one said anything then a girl says sorry we're out of chicken and frostys and I know which girl it was, she recognized my vehicle and knew what I had ordered before. she didn't say hell how are you, can I take your order, just we're out of chicken and frosties I said I don't want a frosty ,then she comes back on laughing and says sorry due to low staff all we have is chicken nuggets.I know that's a lie, I just left. Not sure whats wrong with this girl, but she shouldn't be working with the public. I don't know the girl, have never been rude to her, always been nice and kind, as I am to everyone but she has a problem with me and I've done nothing to her I have my own issues going on in life and didn't deserve to be treated the way I have my her. And the few times before tonight I would order a baked potato and she would say sorry were out of baked potatoes .I understand maybe once or twice but 3 different times in a row, I don't think so. Also had issues with them closing early multiple times. I believe she should be replaced with a person who understands good customer service. What she did to me tonight was childish and disrespectful. Bless her heart.
Worst place I have ever been to in my life
I will never ever ever stop at the Siler city Wendy's again. What I can't understand is why someone from cooperate hasn't come in and clean house.

Hands down the most hilarious fast food experience I’ve ever had. I pulled up to the drive through and waited for 5 minutes despite being the only person in line. Finally a lady gets on the intercom and tells me she’s busy fixing an order.
After waiting a few more minutes I drive around and notice there’s no one even standing in the window.
I park and go inside. There’s a short guy behind the counter with the register open just counting bills ok the counter itself like it’s a monopoly game. This is all at 4pm on a Friday mind you.
He looks up at me once, says nothing, and turns back to counting the pile of Monopoly money.
While I’m standing there another lady, (maybe the one working on the imaginary order?) goes outside to smoke and a man in the back walks by eating a biggie sized fry while he’s on his smart phone.
I’m not even mad. I used the restroom, walked out I’ve been laughing about how hilarious the whole situation was for the last 10 minutes.
Whoever owns this Wendy’s is getting humiliated by his staff on a daily basis.
Placed a mobile order for breakfast and arrived at 6:35 am and sat at the drive through for 10 minutes and no one ever acknowledged me through the intercom. I called the store at 6:45 am and the only thing they would tell me is the weren’t ready yet, nothing else. I cancelled my order and went home
Tonight we were door dashing to make a few extra dollars to get through the week. And the store hours are supposed to be 6:30 a.m. -1:00a.m. and we had gotten a order for siler city Wendy's. We pulled up to the window a little before 11:00 p.m. and heard the intercom come and go. So after waiting we pulled to the window and waited without response. Finally someone noticed us and unlocked the window of the dark Wendy's establishment to tell us they were closed. And asked if we needed to speak to the manager and we said yes. We told Him when he came to the window that we had.a doordash order and that we were wondering why they were closed so early and he said because he was sending everyone home and it would be just him so he.closed extra early. We then told him it would count against us and we could get penalized or terminated under investigation and.he said that the customer would have to call tomorrow to get their refund and we would have to call and tell them we are closed and that doordash could call the store. This was unbelievable and siler city Wendy's should not be on the dasher list with service like this! Will.not be going here or dashing for this Wendy's again!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The employee at the window had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen. She was so rude for absolutely no reason
They put nothing on the sandwiches, not even mayo. Just a slab of dry chicken on a bun. Had we not gone through the drive-through and found out after we’d gotten on the highway, we would have absolutely asked for our money back. I’m very disappointed that management could not be more invested in overseeing the quality of food being prepared. Yes, it’s fast food, but a minimum standard can still be achieved. I hope they’re able to improve.
