Destiny was the lady that greeted us behind the counter and she was absolutely the most polite and pleasant employee I've experienced in a long time. On top of that, the service was all around good, food was fresh, and accurate. Thanks Destiny for the positive experience!

If negative stars could be given, they would be. Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru just to have our order taken. Ordered a baconater with only lettuce tomato onion and mayo. I got a cheeseburger with mustard and pickles. This is the 4th time we have visited this Wendy's, and each time the order hasn't been right! Never again!!!!

Would be nice to be able to place an order and not be interrupted by a worker asking if I want a combo! If I wanted a combo, I would have said i wanted a combo. After being interrupted I have to repeat my order for a second time and still can't get it right. Get to window, order is wrong but oh well. Took what they fixed. Is there a course that people can take that shows them how to prepare a sandwich properly? Ger my burgers and there is more condiments on the wrapper than on the sandwich! Obviously don't know the correct way or don't care. Probably both. If you know how to do something correctly, it's easier to fix it than to do it incorrectly. Absolutely pathetic. Fast food has gotten worse and worse. Maybe you can hire people older than teenagers that appreciate the opportunity to have a job and have enough people skills to make the customer feel appreciated. You have to pay people good enough to get service i guess!

I ordered the bacon double stack and asked for there to be no garnish (no pickles, no lettuce, no onions). I ordered to go and once I was back in the car on my way home i opened it to see that there was onions and pickles and no bacon.

I got served raw chicken 😓 So gross and the cashier was honestly unfriendly and didn’t seem like she cared at all. Never going here again even if reviews change.

My nephew was eating chicken tenders and bit into one and the middle was entirely and completely raw. Pink and translucent. The cashier had a major attitude and was not friendly AT ALL but alerted the manager who then gave us a refund. I’m glad about that but RAW chicken??? Arent there guidelines in place to fry their food correctly? This is a chain restaurant, there should be timers or something. That is very concerning to me. We are very worried and hoping my nephew doesn’t get sick from this but we are monitoring him. I will not be back to this Wendy’s any time soon. 🤢
The inside was nasty. Trash cans sitting on a cart by the door full. No napkins out. Drink machine was very dirty. 2 difference drinks I wanted were out. I got a Jr bacon cheese burger. It was a take out order when opened the burger had cold shedded cheese on it. Workers weren't very friendly and the service was slow.

This wendys was pretty cool. The staff was nice. The restaurant was very clean and decorated for Halloween, with Wendy theme decorations. The salads were fresh and the chilli was super hot. The baked potato was not cooked well but I pored my hot chilli on it and it was perfect!!! ❤️ ☺️.

Waited at speaker over 6 minutes they kept saying just minute guy behind me got out of truck n came up to speaker too then left before I left 3 others left behind me and 1 that had already ordered
