Has to be the worst Arby's around!! At least they're consistent with the worst customer service! Food terrible! Won't even give you Arby sauce!! Like it's coming out of their check!! Not even curly fries! Save your $ go anywhere else!!

Ordered the cheddar fish. It tasted bland like a frozen fish patty and the cheddar sauce was bland and made the sandwich sloppy.

Go to drive thru with 1 car ahead waited 5 minutes and no one talked to car ahead. I pulled out of line to go inside and the doors were locked with a sign saying to go thru drive thru. Never coming back. Went to Burger King instead.

Slow… they are literally so slow. If they get more than one car in the drive thru, they act like they are slammed. They don’t know what multitasking means. I was the only car in the drive thru, and They still told me to hold on at the order menu. After I paid they told me to pull up, and there was still NO ONE ELSE in line. It remained that way till I left. They took forever to bring the food. Probably would have been faster if they just passed it out of the window, like a normal fast food place. This Arby’s never healed from COVID and they need therapy.
The curly frys were cold. Crinkle frys were cold. One of the employee's child was in the lobby, is it a day care or Arby's restaurant? The employees didn't act like they wanted to work. The good thing about the Arby's restaurant is it was clean. We will not return to this Arby's restaurant again.
