Sat in the drive through waiting for around 15 min for my sandwich which the only hot item was the bacon. They were not not busy …. And I didn’t even get the sauce I ordered!! Sad!

If you were working today 7/25/25 @230pm.. yall did great!!! Give these 3 a raise. They r super short staffed and still getting orders out there. Even with all the pressure on them they are keeping their cool and polite to their customers. A+ SERVICE!!!! Thanks to the manager vaniqua for going above and beyond as well!!!

All the food was freshly made. Chicken hot and fresh for the sandwich with perfect proportion of lettuce to tomatoes to mayo. The crinkle Fries were crisp and right out of the fryer. My pork sandwich was tender and the sauce was in a packet so you could apply as much as you want.
Has to be the worst Arby's around!! At least they're consistent with the worst customer service! Food terrible! Won't even give you Arby sauce!! Like it's coming out of their check!! Not even curly fries! Save your $ go anywhere else!!

Go to drive thru with 1 car ahead waited 5 minutes and no one talked to car ahead. I pulled out of line to go inside and the doors were locked with a sign saying to go thru drive thru. Never coming back. Went to Burger King instead.
