Food was just okay. I ordered boneless wings with sauce on the side, but the wings were drenched in the sauce. I WANT to be able to TASTE the CHICKEN with the amount of sauce I want to put on it. Why offer to put it on the side if you're going to just drown it in sauce? The Tots I ordered were room temperature at best. I ordered 2 cookies, but they said they were out of them. Instead of offering something else in place of them, they just said they would refund me. It was very disappointing, especially since every time I've been there before, I had a good time.

Poor service, front of house workers not friendly. Our server was monotone and pushy. Didn't check on the table. Food was alright. Chicken straps were tiny, overcooked and dry.

My friend and I walked in. The hostess spent 20 seconds picking her eyelashes before seating us. Our waitress took our drink order but, had an attitude . Then a group came in 5 min. After us. I stopped her and asked about the menu and said I was ready to order.. she NEVER came back and took the drink and food order from the other table. At that point my friend and I asked for the manager who came out and apologized for her . We just left. It was a horrible experience

Awful customer service, I came in and hostess was sitting in the waiting area, saw me standing and proceeded to being on the phone after a min standing at the desk she got up with an attitude! rude, no type of customer service. when I told her it was a party of 7 she did it would be an hour way. I asked to please have 2 tables even if it wasn’t close and she didn’t even try to look she said it was still an hour wait. A party of 8 just left & told us they had to sit theirs selfs at the bar because that same hostess didn’t want to help. Hispanic hostess is ok.. looks a little upset but at least she is getting the work done!

The food was great i love the bogo boneless wings the store its selve was very short staffed i think they only had one young man running the whole floor so not his fault, the atmosphere is alot i know its a place to watch sports and stuff but the amount of tvs can be overwhelming

Food was very late and unorganized. But when it got there was good. Service was bad, waiter was very unhappy doing her job. All in all sub par performance. Considering we spent 120 bucks for crappy service that sucks.

Our fries were dried out & tasted old. Our order didn’t come out together either. One order came out 30 minutes later than the other two. Just pathetic food & service.

Restaurant with just a few patrons. Management must be terrible here because when they say they'll have your food ready on a 30 minute wait it ends up being over an hour every single time.

The wings here are pretty good, with a variety of flavors. I tried the Thai and Cajun, were ok . I loved their potato wedges. Their service was very bad, slow and quite rude.

Vegetarian options: You can try potato fries or wedges or cauliflower totes. At least they have few options.

Idk how this place is still running ! It is super slow dirty and the workers look like they don’t want to be there … be ready to wait for 1hr for your food that gets served cold

Wednesday October 16 2024:
Awful experience this visit. The bartender and what seemed to be the manager were rushing everyone out. They closed the grill before 10:54pm, when we walked in. Last call for food was 11:08pm. And last call for drinks at 11:25pm. There were many other issues but the hours is what upset us. When in town for business and staying at a local hotel, you expect restaurants hours to be what is advertised.

Went in Sunday after lunch rush hour & our waiter took forever too attend us. We were the only ones on the side from his section and kept going frequently to the others tables but ours. We finally order and it took about 15-20mins for our food to come out (no big deal) but, they only brought my order & our shareable boneless wings and took an additional 15-20mins for my partners entree order. Me personally I don’t like eating comfortable knowing someone at my table doesn’t have their food. I literally could not get a hold of our waiter! Still checking in on others and I had to stop TWO other workers/ food runners and ask about the order still missing/ waiting on. Finally one of the 2 workers brought our refill and I guess approached a manager and pointed at us saying we were missing an order. Finally the lady/manager comes out with his order when the rest of my food was already cold. She didn’t even acknowledge nor apologize for the wait. Right after that guess who decided to show up our waiter!!! Was not happy this time especially since the last time we were there the other young lady that was our server was rude. Finished our food, paid/ and still tipped & left and no one came to greet us goodbye. Not sure if I will return to this location.
