Bathroom was filthy smelled like urine and the table we sat at close to the server station that area smelled like urine. there was trash all over the floor and employees cursing like they were on the street

My fiance and I just left here on 8/29/25 the food was horrible. I got traditional wings with dry rub. The wings were cooked too long to the point they were extremely dry. I ordered carrots sticks and they gave me huge baby carrots that I couldn’t even eat they were so huge. The waitress acted like she was rushing us to order rushing us to eat and leave. We had a question about an item and she gave us the wrong answer, so they don’t know their menus. I used to love Bdubbs but this isn’t the location for me.

The only saving grace to my experience was the bartender, who worked her butt off taking care of the bar and high tops. The food was pathetic. I ordered fried pickles and 3 in the order were edible.

Yes we have been here 20 minutes and the waitress just keeps walking past us like we aren’t even here. Had to go inside and ask the hostess for something to drink let’s how the rest of the night goes
My team at school when you're for lunch, and while we had a good time, our order was extremely slow getting out and was delivered essentially in three different times. By the time the last two people got their food the first two people who got their food were finished. Not sure I'll go back and definitely not during a school day (students or not).

I stood up front waiting to pick up my order, had to call to ask them where someone was after two different waitresses made eye contact with me yet couldn't tell someone to help the customer up front patiently waiting???? Ridiculous!! Hire people who want a job instead of hiding in the back!!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but haven't visited one of their locations in awhile. I visited this location for the first time while on vacation. Our server was fantastic! Very friendly and gave us great suggestions. Food didn't take long to come out and was on point. I will definitely visit again when I return next year.
