Very slow and poor customer service skills . Also there is no point in ordering through the mobile app because they don’t fix your food till you get there so I don’t see the point at all . Waste of time.

The people were polite enough, but for the length of time I had to wait to get lukewarm food, it was pretty damn disappointing. The cheese on my burger didn’t even melt. I had high expectations from this place since it’s close to the Interstate, but I guess that doesn’t matter. Try one of the other joints instead.

They keep getting my order wrong........I enjoy the food if it's as advertised, " have it your way ", that's what I pay for.... disappointed and not satisfied with the service because this has happened numerous times.

Talk about a scam. I ordered breakfast through the app at 10:25 am. I arrived at 10:40 am and was told there was no more breakfast. “Your order is not prepared until it is confirmed.” is what I was told. And what they mean by ‘confirmed’ is you arrive in person. Not the multiple screens you have to click through in the app, not confirming payment, not when you get an emailed receipt from Burger King, only when you show up at the drive through do they actually do anything.So, in review, there’s no reason to use the app, its just a scam. Also, when they refuse to fulfill your order, you have to go through an AI chat bot to try and figure out how to request a refund because it’s not an available option. When the chatbot gives up, it says you’ll get a response within 24-48 hours.Welcome to our future h311, nobody being bothered to do what is promised, nobody responsible to help, and it’s on you to go back into the AI landscape to try and get $5 back.

Last time was missing a hash brown, this time the same thing, but this time we caught it at the window. Usually get a Crossanwich, but decided on the Ultimate Breakfast Platter. Needless to say I now remember why for a few years back we stopped eating breakfast at Burger King. Got sick about an hour after finishing it and turns out my sister did too. We both are the bacon that was a little extra crispy. Service is good and quicker than most.

The food was very disappointing. The sandwich was old, with too much mayo and soggy lettuce. The onion rings weren't made to order, they were cold and old. This was at 11:30am, so I would have expected the food to be fresher.

Never fails that something will be wrong when I order from here. Went one morning a week back and ordered a fully loaded croissanwich, got it and was only sausage and cheese. Ordered one today, it had everything it was supposed to on it but everything except the sausage was stone cold, cheese not even melted. I was the only one in the drive thru so they weren’t rushed. Last time I give this location a chance.

The times I have ordered the food has tasted good. But they always forget 1-2 items. Whether ordering through the drive thru or delivery. This place is the absolute worst at forgetting items.
