As someone who's always on the lookout for a quick yet satisfying meal, I decided to stop by my local Chick-fil-A for lunch. Known for its famous chicken sandwiches and exceptional customer service, I had modest expectations going in—and those were pretty much met.Upon arriving, I immediately noticed the unique, albeit somewhat awkward, drive-thru setup. While it’s designed to handle large volumes of traffic, I found the layout a bit confusing at first. After a moment of figuring out the order lanes, I placed my order. However, one thing that stood out to me as a minor inconvenience was not being able to clearly see the full menu. While Chick-fil-A regulars may know the offerings by heart, I feel like visibility into the menu would help people who don’t frequent the chain as often or want to explore new options.That being said, the staff was notably friendly, and I appreciated their warm, courteous demeanor. Service was efficient, and my order was handed to me promptly. The food itself? It was exactly what I expected: a decent, no-frills lunch. My chicken sandwich was tasty but nothing extraordinary, and the waffle fries, while good, didn’t leave a lasting impression.All in all, Chick-fil-A delivered a perfectly average lunch experience. It’s consistent, convenient, and backed by strong customer service, but for me, nothing about this visit stood out as particularly special.

They are usually so attentive ... but I guess they were too busy to pay attention. They delivered our food to the table without one of the items. When I went up to the counter to get it, I waited longer than I thought I should, and 3 people asked what I needed before one got me my missing side.
I come to this chick fil a at least 3 times a week. Typically for a sweet tea and an ice cream. I just have to say that the employee named Andrew in the drive thru is absolutely fantastic. Very kind and respectful and he really goes above and beyond. He just be a manager. If he isn’t, he really should be. He is worth his weight in gold. As a small business owner myself, I can say that they certainly have nailed it with this guy. I was having a rough day today and his attitude really helped turn that around. Highly recommend this location.

They have no clue how to control traffic, a fellow customer (blue shirt man) had to come out of the dining area to ask the employees outside to utilize all of their drive-thru lanes, so people wouldn't be backed up on a very very busy road. After some time the blue shirt man came out again and the staff finally listened. Now I understand these are very young adults and it can seem overwhelming but they are old enough to use their common sense, all of them were very nice though no bad attitude. I don't personally like Chick-fil-A the food is way too expensive for how bland the chicken tastes but my mom loves it sooo.
Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free potato bun, so its nice that my mom has other options than salads.

Dirty, taking money out while a bunch of customers were right there so anyone could have stolen the money the glass was dirty and outside was filthy the chicken nuggets are starting to be just bread basically some big pieces but evens it out I guess workers seem to just not want to be there or clean the store I use to love chick-fil-a but after this visit I don’t know if I’ll go back to this one just didn’t meet my expectations of food or service or cleanliness along with other things they should at least clean the parking lot its horrible .
