Normally this place has those big gaffer fries that you can't wait to indulge yourself in, but this time it was full of the bottom of the barrel pieces. Because I already left, and was pulling out, digging my hand in the bag going down the road my schedule is super busy, I would have addressed the issue then. Seriously, this has to be someone not paying attention to quality control. We visit places continuously, based on consistency. All chains, following the same procedures to ensure quality is the same. Service was outstanding.

Had a chicken biscuit and hash rounds with coffee. Food was delicious. The staff that took our order seemed preoccupied and unfocused. Dinning room needed cleaning.

Really disappointed. I have always counted on Chick-fil-A. I was here today and waiting in line and the people in front of me finished ordering at 10:28 and I waited there while she made a drink and went and did something else and then a Dani came up and was like oh I’m sorry I’ll take your order. And I went to order my sick wife her breakfast biscuit she really wanted and then Dani told me it was 10:32 and they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30.

I don’t understand this rationale. Why was this person not trained better?

Drive thru at this location is most unorganized of any Chick fil a I’ve ever been to. After waiting in line for a long while get to the window and told to pull over to another drive thru waiting area. If you’ve ever been to this location you know the parking area is horrible already. After total of 20 minutes waiting I finally get my food.
I have never had this experience at any other Chick fil a but it seems to always happen at this one in Smithfield. I think this crew could use a refresher course or new management.

While waiting at the open window I watched a staff member being spoken to in a dismissive and condescending way by both a supervisor and other employees… wish i brought my glasses to read their name tags… 🤢
I remember those days… and I’ve worked 45+ years to know the difference between firm management and unnecessary humiliation. This was the latter. No one deserves to be treated that way while working hard in a fast-paced environment.
I value places to take my husband and grandchildren that treat their employees with dignity, and unfortunately this experience made me uncomfortable enough that I won’t be returning…

Food was very good.. but the drive through was horrible people were in the drive through waiting for a parking spot and it made everything worse.. they need to redo the drive through so people can't back up the drive through waiting for a parking spot it's crazy how they got it set up.. and I don't understand why they even have a drive through speaker when they have employees standing in front of it taken orders.. don't make any sense..
