This place sucks seems like they want to talk to each other inside more than making sure the customer is taken care of. We waited at the window for more than 5 minutes with our food just sitting outside for the gnats to fly around it. The folks on the inside ignored us and acted like they wanted to play more than anything. Highly disappointed in this location. I've ate at chick fil a about my whole life and this has got to be the worse 1 by far.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this location is not my favorite due to the parking lot situation. It's very small and the drive thru has to awkwardly wrap around the building which makes getting in and out complicated.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this is the third time that I have had a negative experience at this Chick-fil-A and I’m hoping my review will bring some attention to the situation.

Yesterday I ordered 3 sandwiches, a large fry and 5 dipping sauces through the app. When I got to the restaurant, I waited in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes before even seeing an employee. When I pulled up to the employee, I Checked in and the girl even confirmed my name, saying I was good to pull up to the window. After another 20 minutes of waiting, (40 minutes total just in drive through line) I finally made it to the food window where they had completely lost my order and had no idea what I was talking about.

They asked me to pull to the front parking spot while they made my food “really quickly.” That took another 25 minutes.

So it took them one hour and five minutes from the time that I showed up at the Restaurant to make my three sandwiches and fries. Being incredibly irritated I just went straight home… only to find out there were only two sandwiches and a medium fry in my bag. No sauces.
They COMPLETELY messed up my order and that ‘fast food’ was anything but fast.

I am not sure if they are understaffed or just scattered but they continue to mess up. It really should not take a fast food restaurant over an hour to get your food out to you, especially when the order is incorrect.

Love chick-fil-A! Most organized drive thru in the world! This one could use a bit more space in the parking lot. They still manage the clutter as best as they can. I love the fries but today they were a little overcooked. Not their usual though! Of course it won't keep me away!
