Food was delicious. However ... we were there for just under two hours eating, chatting and catching up ... the tables were dirty when we walked in and not a single table was cleaned the entire time we were there. The trashcans were overflowing when we arrived and stayed that way the entire time we were there.

The cashier asked me if I was drunk & chips, who does that. I thought she asked me would I like chips and salsa like they always do; why would you just say chips and a drink. I'm thinking im paying for chips and salsa which the chip bag was almost empty; I ended up paying for a drink that I didn't even want, then had to turn around and pay for the dip. When I confronted her about it she repeated what she said she saw i was confused cause who does that and she caught a attitude with me like I was wasting her time, and on top of that the app, my God the app decided to do something crazy and couldn't get on it for a week, and entire week!

I keep coming back because it's one of the few places I can get food on my diet, but I keep getting burned. I think this is the last time I order through the app. One time my chips were just one big, unseparated block. Another time my salad was full of water and looked like a sour cream soup. The sauces are almost always leaking all over the bottom of the bag and ripping the bag. This time the bowl is so empty and there's barely any meat. I'm just going to have to order in person and watch them so I can correct these problems immediately (not just take it home and then open it).

I don’t normally go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but this place sucks. There are several other restaurants close by where I would rather spend my money.

For starters, the restaurant is dirty. There’s food and wrappers on the tables, seats, and floors. Maybe they’re short staffed. I know how that is. I used to work in an understaffed emergency room in a busy city. HOWEVER, the staff was rude. My mother is an elderly woman with a hearing impairment. She doesn’t normally go to Chipotle and Chipotle doesn’t list all of their toppings on the menu board, just the proteins and extras. It’s not like she was able to decide her order before going up to the counter. The man at the counter was unhelpful and appeared visibly annoyed because she was asking about the toppings and she had trouble hearing him. The woman behind the register also seemed annoyed when I asked for a water cup. This place is awful and put me off of Chipotle forever.

Had to come here and leave a review, I came to the Smithfield, Nc location it was 10:30pm the place was closed, the workers just looked away they were already cleaning, online it has the place is open until 11pm, please update business hours on website since I drove 20 minutes to grab something to eat just to find the place closed.

I haven’t had chipotle in such a long time. It felt good to get myself a meal that was warm and flavorful.

The ranch dressing yall are looking to drop has good spice (if you like something spicy) personally it doesn’t give me ranch dressing taste though.

I’m always eating at chipotle, but this one in particular sucked. I ordered a kiddie quesadilla just for the employee to say that “it would throw us off if I order that” and then when it was ready the cheese wasn’t even melted. It was cold to the touch. I love chipotle but not this one. Step it up guys. Fuquay is better.

10000/10 food was really good, they filled up my bowl up pretty well, but most of all all of the workers were so nice despite looking very busy

4 days and zero response from managers. Usually trashy service and food equals bad managers….

Made an order on the app and EVERYTHING was messed and up left paid items out of the bag. So frustrating and wrong!!!!

How hard is it to read the label you put on the container and get a simple job accomplished… seriously, you all just don’t care. This happens all the time at this location.
