10000/10 food was really good, they filled up my bowl up pretty well, but most of all all of the workers were so nice despite looking very busy
Kid-friendliness: There was a little spot in the back that made it a perfect spot to sit with 2 hyper kids

Made an order on the app and EVERYTHING was messed and up left paid items out of the bag. So frustrating and wrong!!!!
How hard is it to read the label you put on the container and get a simple job accomplished… seriously, you all just don’t care. This happens all the time at this location.

I've never had any problems here before, but I found a bug in my food. I made an effort to contact someone to settle the matter, but nothing has been done.
Burrito bowls with extra protein are the best ever!
Parking: The drive-thru line sometimes makes it difficult for parked cars to leave.

Nasty location and horrible customers service! This location also acts as if it is closed in the evening by locking the door. After looking at the counter and seeing how disgusting it was I left.

I tried calling the restaurant directly, apparently you can’t do that anymore. Their was hair in our burritos, not surprising, only half the employees wear hair protection and the guy in front kept sweeping his locks out of his eyes with this glove. Cheif had no gloves, one line person was not wearing gloves

First time ever eating at a chipotle and is certainly my last. This place is beyond disgusting. It wasn’t until I sat down that I really started looking around and seeing all the filth. I couldn’t find the sanitation score posted anywhere, I’m sure because it is disgraceful. The food was horrible, undercooked meat, queso was cold and tasted like it was out of a can, and the rice was still hard! The trash was overflowing, tables dirty, a spill on the floor so they put a sign over it and left it. I have NEVER felt so dirty and disgusted leaving a restaurant. Please save your money y’all. Bonfire tortilla bar is the next shopping center over and absolutely delicious. Problem is, they are closed Sundays. That’s the only reason we gave chipotle a try. Never again.
