Food was okay only 3 slices of a person pizza had cheese, sticky buns were in pieces flavor was off, the bathrooms disgusting, my issue they just opened when me and my family arrived but we're full doubt if we return

Food was really good. Love the deep dish pizza. All the booths are very uncomfortable. Cushions are beat and tables rock all over. Place needs some love, starting to get that worn out feelings inside

I'm not overly crazy about cicis but my grandson seems to like it and I have had pizza from other places a lot worse cicis pizza it' self isn't bad but things like the pasta bar needs help the pasta was dried out and the sauce clearly just dumped out of a can the salad bar might be the biggest disappointment lettuce I'm sure isn't supposed to be brown but I guess for the price it is what it is.

Usually very good but not this visit. No pizza on buffet. Mgr, Mason, and other kids just standing around talking. When pizza was put on buffet, it was very greasy. Customer service non-responsive.

Wasn't what I was expecting. Everything but the staff was okay. Staff was great. I think Pizza Inn is better. They did honor Veterans. I got my meal for free.

My family and I dined in last night, and while the customer service was great and the employees were very helpful and kept the pizza bar well-stocked but the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. The salad bar and pasta bar were in poor condition messy, unorganized, and unappealing. The dining area and bathrooms also needed serious attention; the walls were caked with grime, and the floors were sticky throughout.
It’s clear the establishment is older, but that’s no excuse for it to be dirty. From reading other reviews, it seems this has been an ongoing issue that still hasn’t been addressed. The staff themselves were wonderful, but the restaurant desperately needs a deep cleaning and better upkeep.

Every time I come here it's always something! Only time request are taken are at the counter when you first pay. Always some sort of mess around. Last two times I have came I would go to get more food and come back to my table to my drink missing. It's a throw away cup leave it until you know the customer is done! And since when do onions get put on the bbq pizza?! I HATE that this is my closest cicis and I will NOT be returning!

Friendly staff. They always have pepperoni pizza up and don't let it run out. Great place to take the family and I have a family of 8 and it costs $67 bucks which is cheaper then pizza Hut believe it or not. The busy time of the day there is around noon and after 6 because of the movie theater right down the road from it. They have a arcade for the kids to play video games at.

I'm giving it 3 stars because we were there on a Sunday, it was packed, and the employees were super nice. Told us if there was a specific kind of pizza that we wanted to let them know. We asked for Hawaiian pizza and she said, sure, it'll be 5 minutes. That was awesome! However; I don't know how the health department hasn't shut this place down yet. My god, the place is filthy. The booths, tables, the counter, the drink machine...THE WOMAN'S BATHROOM... all of it just absolutely disgusting. Our shoes were literally sticking to the floor. And it smells like urine. I'm certain they're mopping the diningroom floors with a urine soaked bathroom mop. This was only the second time we've ever been here. And it was better than the first time.
