Food was pretty good... wasn't very clean but it's a buffet so people are always messy... they shouldn't take on more than they can keep up with though... within seconds of a pizza coming out it's gone...

Pizza was not fresh. No service it's buffet. The biggest turn off, the manager maybe franchise owner using a grinding wheel on i believe was a safe door. It's right at the counter, sparks flying close to salad bar. Just no thought at all that he may want to work on that when they were closed. Me personally won't be back.

Had not been here in a while and decided to give them a try today. I must say, I was very impressed with the food and the service. They have really stepped up their game at CiCi's in Smithfield. Thanks for a great lunch!!!

Service was amazing the workers are friendly but the whole restaurant is sticky and generally unkempt but it’s mostly due to what appears to be understaffing issues. The salad bar and pasta bar were gross and I wouldn’t even consider touching them. I’m not a huge fan of Cicis(I don’t consider it real pizza) but my kids are so I took one for team for them 🤪 you get what you pay for and the kids were happy so 🤷♀️
I would add stars if they bring back the Nashville Hot Pizza 🍕 we really liked that one. The pizzas are always fresh because there’s a lot of people there eating them so they’re constantly replenishing them hence not having the time to clean.
