Most disgusting cicis I've ever been to. Bathrooms are straight disgusting, arcade smells like sewage and the old lady (I'm guessing a manager) is extremely rude and nasty. I was where the brownies were and the spatula for them was on the counter so I asked my sister for a napkin to grab a brownie with instead and the lady reached over the counter and not only put the spatula back into the brownies but also decided to snatch my plate and take it to the back as if she was annoyed. She didn't ask if I needed it or anything she just grabbed it for no reason. She also looked at us with a nasty stare (we had a party of 7) not sure what her problem is, we're giving her more business. The only good interaction we had was with the tall black man who picks up the plates. He was very kind and should be the manager instead. I guarantee he would run this place much better rather than running it to the ground like they are now.

I had to update the review! I gave them a 4 star last year went back there recently and it's not good they need to clean and repair the ceiling and the sanitation grade was 90! And i don't understand why there is no shredded cheese on the salad bar! I asked about it and they only have Parmesan cheese! Everybody don't eat parmesan cheese on the salad!

The employees where handling food without gloves. One of them was doing the salad bar another one put noodle in pan by there bare hands like a scoop and then patting the top of the noodles and put water in the pan and sent the pan through the oven. Wow I told my husband thats the last time we eat CiCi pizza.

Pizza is my thing and I like to try it wherever I go. Stepped in the place had no Idea that I could t just buy a small pie or slices it's more like a one price eat as much as you can type place ?. After some chatting with the guy working there he just charged me for a few slices. I must say it had a good taste and if I was looking for a quick spot to eat I would stop there again.
Not worth the money. It's a cheap place to get cheap pizza for overall a cheap price. Don't expect anything other than cheap. Be aware that depending on the time you go there will not be much pizza out because there are too many people compared to the amount of pizza being put out. The desserts aren't as good as they used to be either.I don't plan on ever going back to cicis again.

They did pro ide lots of fresh hot pizzas, however Bar not sanitary. Tons of people getting pizza, never anyone to clean the bar or wipe handles of the spatulas being used by everyone. No consideration for dietary comcerns( cheese pizza put on top of meat pizza crumbs) Food droppings all over salad bar, bathrooms with fluid all over the floor... its kind of understandable why their sanitation score is 90. Lots of potential to be great.

This restaurant is really nice. Really nice. Everybody's friendly. I am very exhausted. Right now. I'm a truck. Driver came in. The immediate thing that I noticed is that the pizza is almost perfectly cooked. I mean it. Thanks you guys I just got one big salad and a few pieces of pizza and I really enjoyed myself. Everybody was busy in here trying to make this place is great as it is. Thanks again you guys now off I'm gonna go take a nap here shortlyand back on the road I go. Thanks again y'all.Erin, I think, you see he was busy cleaning the floor Tristan and David I found out we're cooking in the back.
