I would like to give this location zero stars but that is not an option. The girl behind the counter should not have been working alone. She was clueless about their menu and spoke quieter than a mouse. After attempting to ring me up and deleting the order at least 25 times I requested a manager. The woman who came out was the nastiest woman I have encountered in many years. Her language and attitude toward myself and my daughter were completely unacceptable for a customer service position. Between the two of them they couldn't figure out how much to charge because they didn't know what size I had. I held it up and asked her what size is this. I honestly didn't know because when the girl asked me the details of what I wanted she was so quiet I ended up just "yesing" her because after asking her to repeat herself multiple times she still would not speak up. The manager was very rude when I asked her this. I ended up not paying and leaving the ice cream behind as the nasty manager screamed multiple obscenities (the worst of the worst words) at me and my daughter as we were walking out the door.

We placed an online order and arrived after this store was closing. The manager went ahead and made our order, even though things were cleaned up, and we won’t forget it!

Unfortunately they are the store that Uber Eats gives us. We placed our order 45 minutes before they closed. But they didn’t make the order so they closed and ignored the driver at the door. TERRIBLE customer service. The driver even called and nobody answered. I truly wish the Garner store could somehow get delivered to us. Everything we get delivered from Smithfield seems to have issues.

Will not spend money at this location ever again. I placed an order and paid online for a triple pint for a celebration. I got sick before I could make it to the store (2 days). I tried calling the store but they were no help. When I was able to stop by the store for my purchase OR refund they had no record. I showed them my receipt and was asked to come back the next day for the manager. I returned the next day the time I was told the manager would be there but no such thing. I again showed my receipt to the employee who then called the manager AGAIN. I was then told the manager says they have no way of knowing if I had picked up my order or not. Crazy thing is i was told by an employee the first visit that they dont even make the order until you arrive. I did NOT get my triple pint or a refund!! $30 I spent on ice cream that was requested for a celebration. Poor management and very unprofessional!!!

Kylee was absolutely wonderful! As soon as I walked in she greeted me and the folks who came in after me! The person in front of me only spoke Spanish. Fortunately, Kylee was there to translate and help the customer. She deserves a raise for being a multifaceted bilingual employee.

It’s been some time since I have been to a cold stone. I would love to complain about the cost but the cost is up everywhere! I wasn’t greeted however I was served very quickly and that is a plus I would would say if you don’t mind the price this place is a good pick.

Order wasn't even started. Not one customer inside but exceptionally long wait for the order. I was told by the manager that just because you make an order doesn't mean they make the order until you arrive in case you cancel. Because if you cancel, they have to pay for it themselves. I told her that's not true. They can't legally make you pay for an order someone doesn't pick up. She said Isaid we pay and thanks no one asked you. Rude and lazy.
