Cold Stone Creamery

I want to commend the youth employees for working hard each day during the summer and during school hours. They really try their best to service customers. I personally know two hard workers there and they are amazing !!! Be nice to these youths as they try their best to learn the ropes of working and building customer service.

Smithfield, N. C. Store us clean and very inviting. There is plenty of ice cream variety. There are lots of different toppings to add, mix in. Employees are friendly and helpful. A good variety to pick from in the freezer. Clean, with lots of napkins. Outside seating is available and clean. Handicap parking accessible. Clean bathrooms, handicapped accessible. Tables and chairs are clean, 2,3, and 4 people can sit at the table.

Traveling from out of town ran in here real quick to get something for the road. An employee who looks like she could possibly be a supervisor or manager was outside smoking nbd, thought there would be someone inside that would take my order. Went inside...there's a sound indication on the door as with most places that let's you know someone came inside so if you're in the back you can go out and help them. No one came out. There's Hispanic music blaring that you can't understand a single word of....why? I stand there for 5 minutes and because we're ready to get on the road I just walked back out to my car and said forget it. The employee who was outside that saw me go in decided to go back inside right as I'm leaving. Also as I walk out of the door I look back and see there was an employee in the back and she just watched me walk out of the door and just hides in the back? This store needs more professionalism.

Stopped here for ice cream… guy behind the counter was playing with his hair while taking an order, then proceeded to make the order without washing his hands gloves. No hairnets or hats on any of the 3 employees that night.

Give my favorite worker Cooper Harris a raise. He was a very good worker and treats amazingly everything I go there.

First of all the service is awful. Asked the worker what shake he recommends. Dude had no personality. Just answered I don’t know. I laughed and ordered a random shake, the shake turned out to be tiny for the overly priced tag and tasted like an ordinary chocolate shake…not the fudge ya😭.

Pack your patience because this is a busy location and few employees. Hard-working young adults making sure to serve this delicious confectionery to the masses. Great customer service and very clean location..

This was my first time trying Cold Stone Creamery, and I was impressed by the wide variety of flavors and mix-ins they offer. I went with the “Cookies Make Everything Batter” in a cone, and it did not disappoint. The cake batter ice cream had just the right amount of sweetness. The Oreo cookie mix-ins added a perfect crunch to each bite. The waffle cone was fresh, crunchy, and paired perfectly with the ice cream.

Our server was super friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I only got a small since I had just eaten, but it was the perfect size to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I could see how they might run into some delays if it gets busy, as there was only one person working and the group behind us had to wait a bit while she finished helping the three of us. That said, by the time we made our decisions and got in line, it was our turn, so it worked out. The shop was quiet with no background music, which made it feel a bit calm and low-key.

A great first experience overall. I’d definitely go back to try other flavors.

When I walked up to the door, an employee was outside on their phone, smoking. We made eye contact, but she never acknowledged me. Not a big deal, I figured she was on her break. After waiting for five - six minutes inside, I realized that she must be the only employee working. As she finished her call and was finally heading inside, another employee was coming into work.
Neither one said a word to me. Neither one washed their hands. I reluctantly and awkwardly ordered, and left with me being the only one speaking.

The 3 young girls who were working were too busy trying to get 2 15 year old boys phone numbers. I know there age because all 3 stopped helping anyone for 5 minutes trying to hook up and talk to them. 3/30 at 6:30 ....absolutely worthless employees

Delicious and although the line was out the door the 3 young employees did a wonderful job.

I placed a delivery order and scheduled it for the wrong day. The manager of cold stone figured out how to cancel the order with grub hub; after I had made numerous calls to grub hub with no success. Thank you. I have been visiting this cold stone since it opened and I have always been very pleased with my orders.
