Came here on a stop during a long road trip, and my visit reminded me of why I always stop at a Hardee’s when I’m on the road: great food and great people. Andre took my order and was friendly and welcoming, and was wonderful to chat with about the local area and our histories of travelling. Got the combo bag with cheeseburger and chicken wrap, was served fast and tasted great - exactly what I needed. 5/5, and if I come back this way, I hope to visit this exact one again.

We were ignored for about 15 minutes because they were too busy taking drive through orders. We had to ask them to switch the board so we could see dinner menu. The orders were taken wrong so credits had to be given. We then had to wait a while to finally get our food. Food was horrible.

The door to get in is falling off, The only lights on were in the kitchen. The lights in the dining room were off. The air wasn't running. At least the service was good. Wouldn't come here again.

. My family went to hardee's in Smithfield at 6:30 pm. The restaurant was empty 3 employees was working. We Order chicken tenders 10 pieces and 5 pieces. The chicken was old looked like it was sitting under the heat lamp all day. They should have just said they was closed. Because we asked.My husband called the restaurant and asked how long they kept the chicken they said 30 minutes.

I ordered a shake with no whip cream or cherry. Haven’t taken one sip yet, this is what it looks like. I wanted a milkshake, not 60% of one.

Not sure what’s happening to this place but we won’t be back. We got 3 meals and nothing was right. Missing and fry and a burger and most of the food was cold. Not to mention that we were asked to pull up and waited for 20 minutes
