Jersey Mike's Subs

After having a terrible experience at subway I walked a few doors down to give Jersey Mike's a try. Even though it was about 20 minutes before close the 3 gentleman (Jeremy, Nehemiah and Jayden) working the counter were friendly and gave me excellent service. Answered all the questions I had. The store was clean, food was fresh, hot and made exactly as I ordered it. I will never bother going to subway again. Jersey Mike's is my new favorite sandwich shop. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work ☺️

Apparently this location decided that paper thin meat and a little sprinkle of lettuce is worth 28 Fn bucks. I've been eating jersey Mike's almost daily for a decade and I've never been disappointed until now. Yall are a disgrace to the brand. Go work at subway or something.

I just went in person to give them another chance. Place was immaculate, I got a giant #13. Its was an absolute masterpiece. Idk how but this place went from a disgrace to the brand to above and beyond what I would expect. Left them a 10 dollar tip. They deserve more but im broke

definitely one of my favorite places in town !! Subs are always so delicious, customer service is spot on. Never disappointed. I use to not like jersey mikes until I came to the Smithfield location. Jasmine ? I believe with the glasses at the register has amazing customer service and is such a pleasure to talk with.

Today! I was in there and I ordered a sub from the grill area. This young African American young man was working the grill. As I was looking around and turned back to watch him make my sandwich, I saw him pick his cell phone up and take pics of cooking while he had on gloves! I screamed so loud, “ That’s unsanitary and your customer is watching you! I meant to ruffle his feathers because no one working on the grill and while having on clean gloves should continue to make someone’s food ! It only took one time for me! Not going there again!!!!!!
