After having a terrible experience at subway I walked a few doors down to give Jersey Mike's a try. Even though it was about 20 minutes before close the 3 gentleman (Jeremy, Nehemiah and Jayden) working the counter were friendly and gave me excellent service. Answered all the questions I had. The store was clean, food was fresh, hot and made exactly as I ordered it. I will never bother going to subway again. Jersey Mike's is my new favorite sandwich shop. Thanks guys!...

Apparently this location decided that paper thin meat and a little sprinkle of lettuce is worth 28 Fn bucks. I've been eating jersey Mike's almost daily for a decade and I've never been disappointed until now. Yall are a disgrace to the brand. Go work at subway or something.

definitely one of my favorite places in town !! Subs are always so delicious, customer service is spot on. Never disappointed. I use to not like jersey mikes until I came to the Smithfield location. Jasmine ? I believe with the glasses at the register has amazing customer service and is such a pleasure to talk with.
