You never get what you order and when you call to complain they put you on hold so you can hear everything they are saying in the background then they hang up on you

The woman at the window doesn't seem happy yo be there at all. To avoid dealing with her I went inside. Everyone else was very pleasant, but again the woman at the window failed. I think she could have told someone i was coming, but i just stood there for about 5 mins. Once they got to the front all was well, very nice people.
The woman that seemed to be in a foul mood was at the end of her shift, if anyone thinks that might have influenced her mood.
Food was fast food, everyone was happy with with it.

Pizza was hard !!!! even put it in the microwave did not help !!!!!!!!! Couldn’t even eat it!! Do not recommend

I had an excellent experience at Little Caesars thanks to James! He provided top-notch service with great hospitality from the moment I walked in. He was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare these days to find someone who goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued, but James definitely does. Highly recommend visiting this location—ask for James, and you’ll be taken care of!

I ordered a custom deep dish Detroit pizza on door dash. The picture says a thousand words. Like peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepperoni and cheese. When my dasher came back I wasn’t happy. But after I called little Cesar’s back, I found out that it was a custom… I had to customize it. It was a misunderstanding, but I believe I spoke to the manager, he said he would make sure I got what the picture showed. So now just waiting on my order to come back through door dash. Thank you Brendon my door dasher, and thank you manager from little Cesar’s!

Maps sent me to the wrong location (papa johns at 1104 brightleaf) so I called the store and the gentleman that helped me was super understanding and super sweet.

I’ve only ever encountered ONE friendly employee working the drive thru at this location. Every time i go, it’s sheer disappointment from a rude employee.

First of all the guy was chill on the phone and I said what's the absolute limit and can I also get a Big Mac and he said I could run over to McDonald's and get you a Big Mac and how many pizzas you want only if you have the money

Tried pretzel pizza way to saltey like they dumped whole pound of salt on it ehh

I ordered the Large extra most bestest pepperoni and it was only $9.98 after taxes. It was the best pizza I've had in a very long time. Customer service was excellent and with a smile. :)

I came through there today after moving my nephew stop by here to get something quick and the damn pizza was not fresh the dough itself wasn't fresh and the pepperoni tasted funny and the bread sticks definitely was not fresh or hot. It was hard.. altogether it was a waste of 13.00 dollars down the drain. But I will say the lady in the drive thru was very nice.

Decent experience

Picked up 8 pizzas this morning for my daughter’s birthday party and the pizzas were ready on time and super fresh. Everyone working was so friendly and excited to be there. Awesome experience as always. Best place to get pizza for your party. Great pizza great price!! Awesome job team.
