DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went here for lunch with my husband. We bought one 6$ pizza and one 20oz soda. Should have been 9$ and some change. Two days later my 9$ charge on my card changed to 56$ so someone gave themselves a huge tip. That and I can’t get any person to answer the phone.

This location is lacking in professionalism. Only 1 employee apologized for the multiple mistakes and lengthy wait time, even though none of it was his fault nor his mistakes. The woman running the register and drive thru was u professional in almost every way imaginable. She was immediately rude towards me as I began placing my order. When asking her to speak louder she simply motioned to the drive thru headset and continued talking (which made it very confusing as to whom she was speaking to due to the ear bud in the other ear while she’s working). The same woman got my order wrong. When I informed her what I actually ordered she proceeded to argue with me in the lobby and tell me I did NOT order the 2 extra pizzas I was missing. Given the experience at that point with my order I checked the crazy bread for the extra garlic butter and Parmesan cheese I ordered to find the bread dry with no butter or cheese. I took the bags back in and at this point the female employee wouldn’t even speak to me. This is simply the tip of the iceberg of my experience today (March 3, 2024). Worst experience ever at this location.

The employees at this Lil Caesars at night are very unprofessional and rude. I was told to park in the reserved parking and they would bring my food out to my car, wrong he told me that’s why I gave you a buzzer so you can come back in and get your food. I was like what’s the purpose of a drive thru. And when pull up at this drive thru they will make you wait for about 10 minutes before waiting on you when you you come here at night and there no customers waiting inside or in the drive thru, sad here at this Lil Caesars.

They were busy and the order online time did not match the time of pick up. Off almost 1/2 hour. They continued to take orders and got backed up. And 2 customers waiting were for grub hub. They can't be helpful to their work.

Beef on my pizza was spoiled. Service was horrible. Store was dirty and none of the staff wears plastic glove or washed their hands.While in the store, two customers were upset that they both had waited over 30 minutes for their orders. The manager did nothing to rectify anything!!

Came to this Little Caesars. We paid $1.19 for a cup of sauce only for it to be half full. That is not how they come and they are overcharging for sauces and will not fill the sauce cups at all. They have young people running the registers. The one guy started two days ago. Obviously they don't train their employees to do their jobs. Won't be returning to this location.
