Service was extremely slow. It was 3 of us and they brought our food one at a time. It was also cold. Do better !

This restaurant has great customer service. Our waitress (D) is always nice and helpful. The owner is accommodating and willing to do anything to help. The food is always delicious, fresh and a good portion size. Prices are reasonable. This is a must try.

Idk the food made me sick soon as I got in the car. I had the fried flounder, fries, and corn. I was really in the mood for fried fish and this just wasn’t worth it! Unseasoned & overpriced is all I can say ?

Food was prepared differently than I'm used to. I had clams. Rather than garlic, butter, and wine; they used a tomato based, spicy sauce.

The worst! Ordered crab legs and shrimp boil. It came in an aluminum foil small loaf pan with what taste like sweet chill barbecue sauce poured on top. No bag. No season inside the shrimp shells. They were bare white and chewy. Just sweet seasoning on top. Get this, they gave me scissors to crack open crab legs. My friend had them to take her food back for a refund politely but was never asked if she wanted anything else. The waitress never offered me refills on my drink either. All of this for $50.00. I don’t foresee this place staying open long with this kind of service.

Overall food was good but we saw a roach crawl off the side of my daughter tray on to the wall. I tried to catch the picture quickly but I was in the middle of talking to my mother on the phone and the roach crawled so fast up the wall . The manger said they just had terminix spray so “what could he do.” He made me pay until I threatened the health dept and better business bureau. He then gave her food free even though we all barely touched our food and left! Waitress was overall nice but the manager had terrible customer service for sure!

Very disappointed. The menu says jumbo lobster. I ask how much is the jumbo lobster. $60, I’ll take . Get home it’s a lobster tail. Very misleading. Plus it was like eating a sneaker. Way overpriced and misleading menu.

I don’t understand why my family gets treated weirdly everytime we come here… 1st visit we were a party of 6 so obviously that gratuity is added but the server came a total of 2 times… we literally had to go to the bar and ask for refills for our drinks… then yesterday we were a party of 5 (+ a 6 month old baby) and the waiter charged us for a party of 6 to try and get that added gratuity… why would you try to charge a 6 month old baby who doesn’t even have teeth as a person who’s gonna be eating… this place gets weirder and weirder everytime we come… we miss caroline the new waiters aren’t as good her caroline

We celebrated my dad’s birthday at here earlier this month, and the entire experience was beyond wonderful. Dawn, our waitress, was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our family lunch. The restaurant was clean and very accommodating for our group, which made the celebration even better.

The food was delicious! The scallops and crab legs were especially memorable, cooked to perfection. As a special surprise, the owner/manager gave us free beignets to celebrate my dad’s birthday, which was such a sweet touch.

But what really made the day was how personable the owner/manager was. After chatting with my dad and learning that he enjoys karaoke, the owner brought out microphones and speakers, letting my dad sing a few songs, center stage, right in the afternoon! It was such an awesome, unexpected treat and made the day so special for him.

We had an unforgettable time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place for great food, excellent service, and a personal touch that goes above and beyond.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and staff!! Natashie and Rock were nothing short of amazing…and the food was superb. We will definitely be returning soon

If you are traveling through Smithfield NC, or if you haven't been to Smithfield Seafood Restaurant. You you ABSOLUTELY! Have to go. I'm a traveling carpenter, I've been to the 4 corners of the U.S.! I had the best meal ever!

Everything was excellent. The food was delicious and service was great! We celebrated my husband's birthday and we had a wonderful time. We will be back. Dawn was our server and she did an excellent job. Everyone there was very friendly and very helpful.
