This is the slowest McDonald I’ve been to and it doesn’t matter what shift you come here on drive thru take 20 mins when it only one car in line. And the customer service is terrible.

The food is standard McDonald's. It's the people who work there that make a difference. Manager Wayne is always looking out for the customers. Wayne is kind, polite and professional. He makes sure the food is hot and fresh. I've seen him taking orders out to cars, even in the rain. Not many people can handle the night shift like he can. It's managers like Wayne that make restaurants successful and keep customers coming back. You need more managers like him.

Food was warm and fresh. Since this location changed ownership, any time I use the drive thru, I am always asked to pull up. This happens anytime I visit, even if they're slow.
Me and my sister went and ordered our food and waited for half an hour until I asked about our order; then we got it. Our order was wrong, and missing items or items were added that weren’t selected. Staff were also unprofessional, saying slurs and cuss words to each and bantering to other instead of making orders. Would not recommend this location.

Is it McDonald’s procedure to push mobile orders to the back of the line? Every time I order ahead I get pulled over to a waiting spot. And watch the whole line get their food before me. What is the point of ordering ahead if I get my food last!? I’m about done with this location. It’s ridiculous.
