I’ve lived in the area a little over a year and I come once a week to try to get a McFlurry. In the past year the ice cream machine “worked” once and when I got it, it was half empty and when I asked them to fill it up the women laughed at me and said “no I can’t understand you” and closed the window. When I ask for someone else she said no. (I don’t know names. 30-40 years old Spanish lady) I drive to the Clayton McDonald’s instead and I have never been there and they’re ice cream machine not been working. I worked at McDonald’s and we used to tell people the ice cream machine was “broken” when the closers didn’t feel like running a clean cycle. I live less than a mile from this location and have to drive 25 minutes away to get McDonald’s. Do better so I can enjoy my local McDonald’s.

The restroom is nasty and ordering from the ridiculous kiosks takes far too long. It would be faster going through the drive thru and going back inside to eat.

What is the point of making people wait in a designated spot if you can't fill orders fast enough yet alone keep track of whose order is whose. I recieved half my food and waited over 20 minutes for the rest of my order. The guy had no clue who or what anyone had ordered and came back twice to ask me my order and offered me an 2 apple pies because he accidentally gave mine as well as 1 other person food to the wrong driver. Do they not check reciepts? By the time i got my food half my order had gotten cold. Not only that but he came back saying it would be an additional 15minutes on applepies. Its frustrating to see other cars pull up behind you or in another designated spot and recieve thier order instantly while you are stuck waiting. Shut your drive thru down or hire new staff or management. By far the worst mcds I've ever visited. This happens frequently at this location as I have experienced it everytime I visit.

Mc Rib wasn't available on the kiosk so I had to order at the counter. Staff was texting in the kitchen and screwing around. Finally someone came over. Didn't speak, didn't make eye contact. I thanked him and still no word. The sandwich looks like it was just thrown in the box. No ice in soda machines. Least the fries were fresh. This place just gets worse with each visit.
I never learn my lesson. Had to stop in, used the app and was a huge mistake. This was on a separate day. Had to cancel my order I waited so long on curbside.
Don’t be in a hurry in drive thru 45 minutes.. really?

This place is the slowest. Doesn't matter if you go in. R go through the drive-thru. I have recently downloaded to app to try and speed things along and still sit in a designated spot for 10 minutes or better waiting. They take orders and send people to different parking spots and they have to wait there until their food is prepared.. and then you might get hot fries but a cold sandwich or vice versa. My longest wait was just over 18 minutes. They need to do something different.

When I walked inside, every single employee ignored me and instead chatted with one another while I stood there for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, I decided to get in my car and go through the drive thru. To probably nobody’s surprise, the icecream was already shut down, once again, by 8pm. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s again. The service is the absolute shittiest I’ve ever experienced.
