Literally not even 20 minutes have passed since my purchase and I went for a meal and a chocolate. And when I checked my chocolate, I had less than half of it. I didn't pay attention when picking it up because I went through the drive trun and trusting the service they provide. How bad seriously. Be careful and always check your food because one pays and it comes incomplete.

I came here today. My server is could hardly understand because her English was so bad. Then I got my meal and not only was it cold. The quarter pounder hardly had any condiments on it. It was probably one of the worst Mc Donald's I have ever been to.

We just went through the drive thru. On our way out of town. They messed our order up and even burnt. The manager argued with me claiming that their burgers are cooked perfectly so their is no way it can be burnt. They did say bring the burgers up there so they can replaced them. I'm willing to do that. But don't sit there and argued with the customer, basically saying that I'm lying about it. Why would I make something up. I'm out here trying to get a free meal. Thats not why I'm on here for.
Here is what you get for a shake. liquid shake. all the mcdonalds always have issues with there shake Machine. Just by new ones you make millions every day. stop being cheap.

While there are multiple McDonald's locations within a 15-20 mile radius in our area, I like this restaurant the most because not only is the location convenient, it is a newer build and a nicer, updated place in general. This location's lobby seems to get updated more frequently than the other older restaurants in this area. Service is quick and the employees get correct orders out very quickly. Mobile ordering is very simple via the McDonald's app and my order (drive thru pick up AND parking pick up) is always ready quickly. I've never had a bad experience at this location, the employees are kind and I appreciate that so much in a fast food setting!
Parking: Parking is good most day, even during breakfast rush, The only issue I have ever had with the parking is that the two drive thru lanes are right next to most of the side parking. Also, the parking on the other side only has one door to get inside and you'll have to walk directly in the path of the drive thru, which seems rather dangerous.
Kid-friendliness: What McDonald's ISN'T kid friendly?! This location no longer has a playground, but still roomy enough for larger families with plenty of televisions, if needed.

Hey y’all, remember when you watched founders on how it took 30 seconds to get a McDonald’s order. Unless the two people in front of me ordered the entire store, IT SHOULDN’T TAKE 30 MINUTES!!! I’m losing my mind! I shouldn’t have to wait a length of an entire movie JUST FOR

Subpar experiences on both my recent trips. Dirty tables throughout dining area, slow service, no napkins or ketchup provided nor available for self service, and spills or crumbs in play place area. Guess I'll go to chickfila for a play area + food from now on

Food is pretty good when the workers actually do their jobs . I ordered two $5 meals , One medium caramel macchiato, a small fry and a drink . I had to go back to the counter TWICE because the teenager working the counter did not give me everything I payed for and I showed her the receipt each time I went up there. The girl didn’t even speak to me ! And I know she spoke English because I heard her speaking to her co workers in English , she acted snobby and completely unprofessional . She seemed like she was High or something . I ended up getting my whole order but she forgot all my sauces! I didn’t feel like getting back up I just wanted to eat my meal .
