Probably one of the worst McDonald experiences I’ve had in a while. Although the burgers were packed properly, the bun was hard as rock, asked for a replacement and they didn’t know what I was trying to say, got another one and same thing, ended up having to take the bottom bun off my burger to be able to eat it. Fries were also over cooked but not hot.
Flys everywhere in the restaurant. And bathrooms were not clean.
There is a playground and I feel those are dying across fast food restaurants so I gave back a star simply for that, but food would have gotten 0 stars if I could.

If the manager on duty was that sick then another manager should have been there instead. The other lady who worked the front line was amazing. M.O.D a pain in the back side.

O ordered fish sandwiches and had a couple, but one was supposed to be in a combo meal, but she put everything separate so it was more money. I asked for no cheese, and there was cheese on both sandwiches. It was dirty counters had old food and drink spills, and she wasn't very courteous or friendly when I was trying to get her attention regarding my food. The fries were burnt as well. She didn't wash her hands before packing food after being on the register handling dirty money.Would not go there again. Drive thru is fine, but sometimes you just need to go in and see whose fixing your food

Don't bother coming here for dine in. They don't follow mcdonalds standards. They don't have the table cards at the order screens. Doesn't really matter since they just sit orders on the mobile pickup stand for dine in and not say anything. When you go back up because they didn't give you the sauce or a spoon for your Sunday the manager on duty gets an attitude and only gives you 1 sauce when your order was suppose to have 4. No napkins either. Manager needs to be fired for failure to maintain shift. Employees constantly joking around. Sorry excuse of staff. I keep hoping this mcdonalds will change but has been having the same issues for years and the franchise doesn't seem to care.

The whole crew is always so nice, especially Ms. Brenda and the other lady in the morning sorry just can't remember her name but so kind and welcoming that's why I love coming to this location

Apparently, they stop serving breakfast items after a certain time. I got there after midmorning around 11 am. I had to order off the regular menu.

The ketchup on my ketchup- only cheeseburger had an abnormal yellowish color to it and taste a bit mustardy. This one is usually the better McDonald’s in the Smithfield Clayton area, but has been slack in the last 6 months or so. They’ll be unresponsive for minutes at the drive-through menu, then rush you to order, then get the order wrong.
