Overall poor experience. Carry out order. Took time to use the self serve order kiosk, but then had to stand inline to pay. My total had been rounded up for donation without being asked. The music was loud and I couldn’t understand/translate the words. 25 min for a carry out order that was incorrect. Ordered three QPWC, none had the cheese.

Realized the gentleman who took my order shorted me $5 and now they can't do anything according to them since the register was already cashed out. We'll if it was cashed out you would know if he was over or not. My total was $28.77 I gave him a $40 and he only gave me $6.23 back. I didnt notice til later that evening because I was trying to rangle up a my 4yr old and two of her friend's who were 6yr old and 8yr old. They could've atleast checked to see if his register was over but they didnt even offer no resolution. They just seemed like they wanted to get off the phone. I should've complained when they got my order wrong but I wasnt trying to leave 3 kids at the table I couldnt see alone.

The young lady at the drive-thru window was very rude. The guy taking the payments at the window was rude and the manager said all she can do is ask if they were being rude. She didn't care about my concerns. All she wanted was for me to move from the drive-thru window so her time can be good. I came from out of town and I will never come to that location again.
