This food truck has some of the best brisket I’ve ever eaten. I got the grilled cheese brisket and it was amazing. If you’re a fan of bbq and see this truck you HAVE to check it out. I will definitely be tracking them down again.
The shrimp was good but one of the staff actually cussed at me for asking a question about my order. Very rude and unprofessional, obviously doesn't care about the customer experience.
The food is good but not great. The brisket is chopped and not sliced, and comes covered in a BBQ sauce similar to sweet baby Ray's. It's hard to avoid the really fatty chunks, and they don't ask you if you want sauce on it or not. The person taking the order seemed super annoyed to be there and the tipping system is kinda awkward. They just ask you out loud if you'd like to leave 15, 20, or 25 percent tip. All for getting the tips since I know the food business...
